I would go there again and again. Accommodation very nice. It was not far to the beach and shopping options were also on site. I can only recommend it.

After we felt so comfortable in this apartment last autumn, we booked it directly at the end of our holiday for summer 2025 for 3 weeks and later for autumn (2 weeks). However, with great regret, we had to cancel the summer vacation shortly before departure in June due to illness (hospital stay). As promised by the Lorenz family, we found the bathroom renovated, which we liked very much. The renovation has provided more space to move around. But also in the living room, cabinets and the dining group were replaced with new and much nicer ones, making everything much cozier and more modern. A very appealing decor! The mattresses are still excellent, and the bedroom cabinet offers plenty of storage space. A great advantage is the storage room, which also provides a lot of storage options. We were able to store, among other things, the cat litter box there, which was always open for our Freddy. Cats also love privacy. The beautiful kitchen is well equipped, especially with a dishwasher! Outside in the bike shed, there is a lockable storage room for bikes, where the batteries can also be charged. A beach cart and 2 regular bicycles are also available. The terrace is well furnished, covered, and not easily visible. There is even a small charcoal grill available. Only the couch is, as another vacationer wrote, too soft, which leads to back pain after sitting or lying for a long time. Unfortunately, we had little good weather and spent more time in the apartment because of that. The armchair is also very worn out and therefore more of a dust collector than a piece of furniture to sit on. What a pity! But despite the minor criticisms, we recommend the apartment because the quiet location with a very short walk to the beach and the Edeka around the corner, as well as a few hundred meters to the spa park, is simply fantastic! When we go back to Boltenhagen, we will book Goosbrink 12 again! Our good cat Freddy says the same, who was able to happily walk on a leash with us in the area.

The holiday apartment is perfect. Very clean, modernly furnished, and equipped with everything you need. Especially nice is the location to the nearby beach, the city center, and the shopping opportunity right next door. The terrace also invites you to linger. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. The accommodation is absolutely recommended.

The apartment has everything one needs in a vacation rental for a holiday. Good amenities, only the sofa is a bit too soft.

The apartment was really a gem for us. Cozy, inviting, great furnishings, and in an excellent location (Edeka nearby and you could reach the beach in 5 minutes). The bed with the mattresses was the icing on the cake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a great time and relaxation.

The apartment is in a very quiet location, well-equipped, you can reach the beach in 5 minutes, and right next door is the bakery and grocery store. So perfect for a relaxed vacation. I could imagine booking it again.

The very clean and tidy holiday apartment is ideally located. Quiet, in a green area, short walk to the beach and around the corner from the Edeka with a bakery. Each apartment has its own parking space. And this one even has a lockable compartment in the outside bike shed with 2 bicycles and a cart. The terrace is also nice and large and sheltered. We felt very comfortable, and our well-behaved cat Freddy was able to go for a walk around the complex with us every day (on a leash). The bed has very good mattresses, so we had no back pain after getting up. Great! ;) The shower room is really very tiny, but the Lorenz family has already announced a renovated bathroom for next summer. It might not get bigger, but we are sure that the best will be made of it! In fact, we have already booked for next summer.

Well suited as a holiday apartment in a building with 6 units. The apartment was functionally furnished. However, the bathroom was quite small, but sufficient for a two-week stay. We did find the floor on the terrace somewhat unclean. To get from the street to the building, one had to walk along a gravel path, which is particularly difficult for people who rely on a walker. The white sandy, clean beach was about a 5-minute walk. to reach. The Edeka department store was practically "around the corner."

First apartment, very close to the beach, a shopping facility in immediate proximity. Kitchen is very well equipped. Unfortunately, the bathroom is very small.

We had a nice vacation in the well-equipped apartment. Everything you need is there. The apartment is quite large, but the bathroom is very small, which is okay for the time. The mattresses are really good. No back pain. The beach is just a few minutes away. Restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance.

Nice, quite small but very clean and well-equipped apartment. Very quiet location, an Edeka store for shopping/buying rolls next door. We can definitely recommend the apartment!

Very nice apartment. Large terrace. Short walk to the beach. Shopping option "EDEKA" with a bakery right next door. A separate room for bicycle storage. Would love to come back.

No dishwasher. Self-cleaning and pay 70 euros for it.

We had beautiful days in Boltenhagen, very satisfied with the apartment. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was enough for the two of us. It’s a short walk to the beach, and there’s an Edeka market nearby.

A well-equipped, cozy apartment. The bed was super comfortable, we slept wonderfully. Everything was perfectly clean. Parking for the car and bicycles is well provided. Short distances to the beach, bakery, and supermarket. A quiet location. Restaurants and town center are within walking distance. Alternatively, we used the bicycles. We hardly moved the car. There is also a bus stop in front of the property. In the apartment, there are information folders from the agency and the landlords that explain everything well. We will definitely come back.

My children, our dog, and I were able to enjoy our vacation in this beautiful little apartment in the summer of 2022. The apartment is comfortably furnished and invites you to linger. We really liked the location and the complex. Short distances to shopping and the Baltic Sea. Many paths for walking the dog. We will definitely come back. The only downside: in the summer of 2022, there were no dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. It would have been great for a 2-week vacation! According to the current description, there is now a dishwasher! ;) Great!

We had a nice holiday in the well-equipped apartment. Everything you need is there. The apartment is nice and big, only the bathroom is very small, but that's ok for the time being. The mattresses are really good. No back pain. The beach is only a few minutes away. Restaurants, cafes, everything within walking distance.
