Description
Since the summer of 2022, you can enjoy your holiday here on the island of Rügen. A very comfortable holiday home with a water view and on the edge of a field! On approx. 130 m² of living space, this special holiday home offers you plenty of space and comfort for your most beautiful days of the year. The house is located in the middle of nature and the bird sanctuary Südrügen. In the cold season, enjoy time out in the sauna or make yourself comfortable in front of the wood-burning stove.
The holiday home is thatched with high-quality thatch and is furnished with a special feeling for colours and materials. Three spacious bedrooms await you and your companion. One of them is on the ground floor in the immediate vicinity of the shower room. The house is therefore also suitable for people with limited mobility...
In all bedrooms, box-spring beds ensure a restful sleep. There is a wellness room with sauna and relaxation loungers on the upper floor
From all rooms you have a fantastic view of the Üselitzer Wiek and the nature reserve Biosphere Reserve South Rügen. Have breakfast on the beautifully landscaped sun terrace in one of the most beautiful places on the island with a view of the water
The MeerZeit holiday home with its approx. 1500 sqm garden is located in the quiet part of Rügen on the edge of the small holiday resort of "Mellnitz-Hof". The bustling tourist centres are easy to reach by car or even by bike for experienced cyclists. A special experience is the combination of cycling (from Mellnitz to Putbus) and then continuing with the Rasenden Roland to Binz

Those who love tranquillity are in good hands on the natural beaches of the Zudar peninsula. The lively seaside resorts such as Binz or Sellin can be reached by car in just under 30 minutes
Stralsund, with its beautiful old town that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also worth a visit and only 20 minutes away.

Ein perfekter Rückzugsort
Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat durch Sauna und Kamin alles, um auch Regentage genießen zu können. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist außergewöhnlich gut. Die Lage des Hauses perfekt, um ungestört zu sein bei einer außergewöhnlichen Aussicht.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

wonderful Christmas holiday
We felt very comfortable in the house; everything was decorated for Christmas - even with a Christmas tree, very tastefully furnished, and the view is stunningly beautiful! We had a wonderful Christmas vacation, and the Franke family even quickly and easily helped us with our lost theater tickets. Thank you again, and we will come back.

Perfect break
The house is perfectly equipped! The furnishings are very tasteful and of high quality, yet cozy. The location, in particular, is unique with an unobstructed view of the Üselitzer Wiek with sensational sunsets and wildlife observations. From the sauna, there is a great view of the wide landscape. For us, it was the best and most relaxing vacation we have spent in a holiday home.

It doesn't get better than this!
Our vacation in the holiday house Meerzeit was wonderfully beautiful. The contact with Mrs. Franke was very nice and uncomplicated. Every question was answered quickly. Everything is lovingly furnished and clean. The equipment is absolutely perfect. But the best part is the location of the house: The house is situated at the edge of the field with a grand view of the lake and over the fields. In the evenings, you have stunning sunsets on the terrace. Simply beautiful. It was the perfect accommodation for us. We have recovered very well and will definitely come back. Thank you very much to the Franke family!

Location, view, house are great
The house is a bit off the beaten track in Mellnitz, but you are rewarded with peace and relaxation. The view of the fields and the Bodden at breakfast is absolutely fantastic! The matching sunset at dinner on the terrace even more so. Everything you need is available and labelled, which makes finding it on the first day much easier.
You can tell that someone has really put a lot of thought into this.
We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this holiday home and will definitely book this house again.

We came across this place by chance during our first visit to Rügen in 2014 and immediately fell in love with this wonderful spot. Just the right place to relax and unwind.
