You have over 220 sqm with 4 double rooms, free travel cot and changing board, in-house children's playground on a 2000 sqm plot, 2 comfort bathrooms, a country kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired.
The large living-dining room invites you also in the cooler season with many technical refinements and a fireplace.
All 6 televisions have the "Ambylight" function. The side-by-side refrigerator produces fresh cooling water, ice cubes or even crème ice as desired.
In the large mirror of the full bathroom on the upper floor you can watch the latest TV news or game films while brushing your teeth.
The directly adjacent sun terrace offers space for up to 8 people, a large sunshade protects you from direct sunlight.
In the spacious attic you will find a book reading corner on a platform and a billiard table. The large-capacity TV there is particularly suitable for watching football events, among other things.

An EDEKA in Garz offers a full range of groceries in about 5 minutes by car.
Quiet sunny beaches are about 10 minutes by car from the holiday home, for example "Palmer Ort".
The turbulent Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe, ... can be reached in approx. 35 minutes by car.
The Hanseatic town of Srahlsund, on the other hand, is only 10 km away.
During the season, you can get fresh bread rolls in 3 minutes by car in the restaurant of the Puddeminer Hafen or in Garz - also on weekends.

Beautiful house
We have already had the pleasure of getting to know many great luxury houses, but this was by far one of the most beautiful. Lovingly furnished and everything the heart desires. A great sauna, which was very easily and well heated with wood. Wood is abundantly available on site. An extremely friendly host, who was always accessible to us even during his vacation in Sweden. The house has everything it needs. For us, it was above all quiet. Thank you for allowing us to be here. We will gladly come again.

Wonderful late summer vacation in a great house
We have been fans of the Baltic Sea for many years and always rent good holiday homes or apartments for it.
The weather was very favorable for us at the end of September, so we were able to do a lot of activities in the nearby and further surroundings.
We were greeted very friendly by Mr. Dombrowski and shown around the house. The brand new house is high quality and perfectly furnished. Everything is super clean, even things like a grill and garden furniture. In the newly developed small residential area, you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds. From the sunny terrace, we could watch great sunsets and the migration of the cranes.

There is hardly any room for improvement!
We are now 'experienced Baltic Sea vacationers' and have spent our vacations almost exclusively in newly built and high-quality vacation homes in recent years. However, this accommodation is "top notch". You quickly notice that the Dombrowski family are very experienced and also very nice landlords. Everything has been thought of, nothing is really missing. Sometimes it's the details that bother you, but everything is really perfect here. The kitchen is very well equipped. All the "tools" are available. Bowls, pots, knives, glasses, cups... everything is available and also in sufficient quantity. A large refrigerator with a large freezer compartment - great. We find the pricing extremely fair - even in direct comparison with the "neighbors"! We will be back next year and are looking forward to it!
