Villa InSa is located in the small Istrian village of Pićan, 15 km from the town of Pazin.

You need about 30 km to reach the first beach, which is in a wonderful place called Rabac.

This comfortable house with a private pool is surrounded by beautiful nature. A very good choice for vacation and escape from reality.

The outdoor area covers as much as 1,600 m2, but the main part by the pool consists of 4 sun loungers, an electric grill, a mini kitchen and a terrace.

The interior of Villa InSe covers 124 m2. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are EN-suite, 4 air conditioners, living room, kitchen. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.

Villa InSa offers guests parking for 2 cars.

Villa InSa is located in a beautiful part of Istria with lots of green nature near the town of Pazin (15 km).

The distance to the first beach in Rabac is 30 km.

The first restaurant "Konoba Marino Gračišće" is 7.5 km away and the first supermarket "Sveta Katarina" is 2 km away.

Among the interesting attractions that you can visit are the Sopot waterfall, which is 6 km from the Villa, Pazinski krov and Pazinska jama, where there is also a zip line, 16 km away. The town of Labin is 18 km away, where you can visit one of the most famous Neapolitan pizzerias in the region, Pizzeria RUMORE.

The Učka National Park is 30 km away, and the same can be seen from the Villa itself.
