Description
This holiday home has a total floor area of 190m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry and an air-conditioned living room with a dining table. There is also a bedroom for children with bunk beds and a toilet.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms.
With a separate entrance, on the ground floor, there is a large tavern with a fireplace, a kitchen and a dining table

Villa Klesari is a new home for 8 persons, built in 2018 and is located in a small village Klesari, 4 km from Potpićana where there are pharmacies, bakeries and shops. The nearest beach is 13 km away, Pazin town is 13 km away and the beautiful town of Labin is 25 km away. The house has a beautiful view of the mountain Učka and the autochthonous place Pićan. In its own garden of 2500m2 there is a swimming pool, deck chairs, barbecue, covered terrace, swing for children and 3 parking spaces.

The best way to get here is by car - only 15 km away from the exit "Žminj" on the highway "Istrian Y". In any case, you need a car for daily excursions by the Innland Inn. Also, you can travel by plane - Pula Airport (PUY) is 29 km away. But in that case, you have to hire a car.

Wunderschöne Erholung für die ganze Familie
Wir durften vom 12.06 - 22.06.2021 einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus erleben. Bei Ankunft wurden wir freundlich von der Familie Vretenar empfangen. In den nächsten Tagen wurden wir mit sämtlichen Köstlichkeiten aus eigenem Anbau verwöhnt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und lassen keine Wünsche offen.
Wir haben ein sauberes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung vorgefunden. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und garantiert Badespaß. Das Anwesen ist am Rande einer kleinen Siedlung gelegen und etwas abgeschieden, was uns persönlich sehr gefallen hat.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und wir können dieses Haus jedem weiterempfehlen, der sich einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub (mit Kindern) wünscht.

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit perfekter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage.
Die Villa ist nagelneu und es ist ein wirklich tolles Haus!
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht
Größere Städte sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Wir waren eine Reisegruppe von 6 Leuten, und die ersten Mieter dieser Villa. Der housekeeper als auch die Besitzer der Villa sind überaus freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde uns immer sofort geholfen. Für uns war es ein gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub von 2 Wochen
