The spacious living room is stylishly furnished with a sprawling sofa set, armchairs, a 55-inch flat-screen TV and a surround system. On cold winter days, the fireplace provides additional comfort and a pleasant atmosphere. In the summer months, enjoy your evenings in a cosy get-together on the adjoining terrace. While you heat up the permanently installed fireplace grill, the children have fun in the garden with play tower, slide and swing
If the weather doesn't cooperate, you can also dine in the kitchen and dining area. There is room for every member of the family at the large dining table. The well-equipped kitchen also invites you to cook and prepare your own meals with useful kitchen utensils. The bedrooms are located on the upper floors. Three of the four bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (lying surface 1.60 x 2.00 metres) and their own TV, and there are chests of drawers in all rooms for your wardrobe. One of the bedrooms also has a walk-in wardrobe. The fourth bedroom has a double bed (lying surface 1.80 x 2.00 metres) and a single bed (lying surface 0.90 x 2.00 metres)
From the two adjacent balconies you can enjoy the far-reaching view. From the bedroom under the roof you can even see as far as the nearby Schmollensee. The large bathroom on the upper floor has a WC and a ground-level shower as well as two washbasins, a bathtub and - as an additional highlight - its own sauna. The small radio in the bathroom accompanies you musically during your sauna sessions. A second bathroom on the ground floor, also equipped with a WC, washbasin and ground-level shower, completes your stay
Two parking spaces are available in the courtyard of the house. The use of the in-house WLAN is also possible. A washing machine is available. You can hang your laundry on the clothesline in the garden. Bicycle racks are available at the house for your bicycles. Particularly family-friendly are the high chair already available in the flat, as well as the baby travel cot including mattress but without linen.
When handing over the holiday home, please have 300,00 Euro deposit ready. The costs for the electricity consumption of the sauna are to be paid on the day of departure or will be settled with the deposit. The bill is based on the meter reading and is charged at 0.50 cents/kWh.
