This luxurious, detached villa is located in the brand-new (2021) Resort on the Maas, on a side branch of the river with the same name, near Kerkdriel.
The villa covers two floors and is modern and comfortably furnished and fully equipped. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with TV and a complete open kitchen including a dishwasher and combination microwave. There is also a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and in the hall, there is a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are four more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.
Outside you have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
Resort aan de Maas is a resort under development. So work can take place. We do our utmost to restrict possible inconvenience as much as possible.

A very nice house, neat and clean. Breakfast with a sea view! The park is also great, beautifully laid out and quiet. Gladly again and again!

At the beginning very easy booking after that the place is very good in all aspects , the location, the reception and the treatment I and my family enjoyed a very good stay of four days in this resort

Cottage was nicely neat. Service from t Parc was bad and I did not feel welcome. Started on arrival where I had to pay extra for bed linen while I had already made contact about this via chat before my arrival. The employee then indicated that all beds already had bed linen and I have already paid for this. I also indicated this at the reception as I still have to pay €50. Once accepted at the cottage, there was already enough bed linen. When I went back after the reception I was initially told that I could not get a refund and had to contact Belvilla about this. Of course I did not agree to this, in the end it was decided that I could write down my IBAN and the amount will be refunded within 10 working days. M curious

It is a beautiful park and the villa was very clean on arrival. walking distance from the center of Kerkdriel, but you can also reach the center of Den Bosch by car. We enjoyed our weekend away and will see if we can come back in the summer so that we can also use the beach that is in front of the villas are located and can swim in the Maas.
