This modern, detached, single-storey chalet is located in brand-new (2021) Resort on the Maas, on a side branch of the river with the same name, near Kerkdriel.
The chalet is furnished in a comfortable and pleasant way. There is a living room with TV and an open plan kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a microwave. The two bedrooms both have two 1-pers. box spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
Outside you have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. You can park in one of the central parking lots.
Please note that due to the layout it is not possible to place a cot in the bedroom. Resort aan de Maas is a resort under development. So it's possible that it is undergoing construction during your visit. We do our utmost to restrict possible inconvenience as much as possible.

Arrival was fine. After asking questions at the reception, I had the feeling that they could not really help us in a friendly way with the questions we asked. The cottage itself was fine, only there was not properly cleaned, the chairs and sofa were full of hair and crumbs, 1 duvet had a hole in it. WiFi is extremely bad! Many problems with mosquitoes and flies, tip would be nice if there are mosquito nets at the door and windows. The description of the park could really be better, such as about "t shopping center which is on the map 2 min, and have never found the shopping center. Swimming pool is there, but can not be freely swum is not in the description everything we have to ask at the reception for options which you can also more clearly indicate.The glasses, ordered, plates etc were not clean, had to clean this ourselves before we could use it.If we pay for the final cleaners, they must come, we have seen that there are at the other houses are not cleaned when other people come back in.
