Balesfeld House is a very nice house with all the trimmings. Unfortunately no garden with terrace and located on the road, and a week of very bad weather. Nevertheless, we enjoyed a great week!

The house was super big. Whatever you could imagine was present. Bath towels, toilet paper, dishwashing blocks, detergent to plastic bags Although a little more explanation would have been handy. The hood worked one time and not the other. And it could also have been a little nicer. But we had a great time. The pillows of the beds need to be replaced.

We were here mid December 2018. A super house with all amenities. Well furnished and a nice bedroom for the elderly on the ground floor. The landlord does everything possible to take away any inconveniences. Quiet area. Small bakery / shop nearby where you can do some emergency shopping that you have forgotten. For restaurants and supermarkets you can best drive to Bitburg (17 km - 20 min) Only minus in rent by 8 people there must be 2 people in an adult high sleeper. A wonderful home!

We have been very kindly welcomed in a nice spacious and clean house that is fully equipped. Bath, bed and kitchen linen was well enough. Fantastic that we could get vegetables from our own garden, fresh is probably the best. Balesfeld is a lovely little village with excellent walking possibilities and centrally located for all sights (the devil's gorge at Irrel is a must). From the very first moment we felt welcome and at home. Great chance of returning next year. (The only downside is the lack of a supermarket at short distance, the nearest is in Bitburg, about 20 minutes by car)

This house is price / quality really very good. It is very spacious, very comfortable, extremely tidy, and quality furnished. We got more than enough towels, the kitchen appliances worked excellent. We also had the opportunity to pick fresh herbs, courgettes and lettuce from the vegetable garden. Only downside to the house is that you are reasonably aware of the presence of neighbors, which you have to take into account (this was asked during the tour, to be quiet, we did not know beforehand). For a family with 5 children, this was not always as evident. Tips for the owner also provide a room for the eclipse of the room in the children's room with the bunk bed. This was perfect in the other rooms.The surrounding area is very beautiful, beautiful walks to do.

We had suggested something different on our holiday. Upon arrival, we found that other guests stayed. We went with a group of youngsters and among us were two elderly people who constantly complained about too much noise. As a result, the owner was suddenly in our living room twice to say we had to be quieter. The house is, however, very quietly situated in a beautiful area, but for us this was a good dump on the holiday. We are definitely not going back to this holiday home, despite the fact that the house itself has nothing to say.

We arrived by motor so we had seen the beautiful surroundings. That's fine. The accommodation was absolutely top notch. Everything looked clean and looked after. We were warmly welcomed by the nice landlord and guided in and around the house.

The property is totally fine, highly recommended. It is a nice big clean huis.Alles is good to see. The location is quiet, you can see the forests as wandelen.In from the home area is much to see. And all at a short distance. The owners live by and are super friendly.

Very nice house, very spacious feeling. Large living room and kitchen, two bathrooms, great rooms. Nicely maintained and modern place! Very friendly owners who gave us all kinds of info. We made a trip with the kids through the Devils Gorge near Irrel, great day! We went swimming in Bitburg when the weather was less. We took a nice walk on the advice of owner in Schönecke, beautiful setting! The children played in the garden and we even held a campfire. Wonderful time with two families had together!

A nice modern and clean interieur.Vriendelijke people, we could even come earlier and leave later than normal uren.Ruime rooms, kitchen with all the trimmings, just nieuw.Rustig located in a street with little traffic many walks nearby.

Very warm welcome by the owner and a good home. The decor was almost new and looked good. It is a large and comfortable home and definitely recommended.

We had to put our stuff in the house before we could go shopping, so they cleaned the fridge so we could put everything in a cold refrigerator. It's really a HOUSE. 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets !. Space for parking and everyone is in the house. Great kitchen with all that on and on.
