very nice old Finca /150 years)located on the most beautiful coastroad entering to San Juan de la are 2 bedrooms,2 Livingrooms,2 Bathrooms, 1 Kitchen, 1 Diningroom,Garden/Terrasse/all rooms got got full in 50 meters.
On the backside of the house are mountains and a barbeque place.

Great relaxing holiday for the family
Very nice clean accommodation with enough space.
Great view of the Atlantic.
Directly from the house, nice hiking possibility.
Nice little restaurant nearby.
30 min walk to the sea and a nice fishing village.
All in all, climate, excursion possibilities and comfort in the accommodation were perfect for us.
A very nice holiday! We will be back again!

Wonderful
The view of the sea in the morning in this beautiful area is breathtaking. The finca is perfectly furnished and very clean.The manager Anna gave us good insider tips.We went hiking and did not have to use the car for some tours which was great.The restaurants within walking distance were also very good,great fish straight from the sea to the table and very inexpensive.That there is still something like this in Europe is amazing. The village of Rosario below is also something you rarely find in the world.we went swimming there in the village in a small rock pool,is only 15 minutes walk away. We will surely come back because 1 week is definitely too short. greetings Sigi with family

Very romantic!
We stayed with our two children in this beautiful spacious house and were totally thrilled. The accommodation is very quiet despite the adjacent street. In the kitchen you will find everything you need and it is fun to cook. The morning breakfast in the beautiful garden where you can watch the fishing boats is unforgettable. The Loro Parque is only 10 minutes away and you can do all your shopping in the vicinity. Not to forget the great hiking possibilities nearby. We love the north because it is so beautifully green and the place "El Rosario" where the house is located is really a jewel!
We will be happy to come back.

it was our first attempt to rent a house as the hotels were always too noisy and impersonal and it was beautiful. The house and the whole area is wonderful.This place below "el Rosario" is so delightful.I did not know that there is such a thing at all.There were partly the keys from the outside in the front doors,apparently there are no thieves and the houses look partly like from a doll's house.The whole area is also very nice to hike.We were never surrounded by tourists,apparently this is really still an insider tip.Thanks also to Bärbel,the administrator has informed us super about everything.

shopping facilities: Ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist in 6km Entfernung.

Unforgettable holiday
Everything is as described. The house has a fantastic location between the mountains and the sea. We were able to go on the most beautiful hikes directly from the house and you can also reach the beaches in 5 minutes by car.The equipment is excellent and so is the cleanliness. The manager was very helpful.The road is not disturbing, you do not hear it in the house and garden.We recommend renting a car despite the existing bus line, the buses are not punctual.
This was a successful holiday.

Super Meerblick
Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet, die Küche hat wirklich alle Geräte die man braucht.Trotz Straßenlage war es in Haus und Garten sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick jeden Morgen auf den Atlantik ist traumhaft. Das vermissen wir schon jetzt.Es haben sich ab und zu kleine Kanarienvögel verirrt und sind im Wohnzimmer auf der Pflanze gelandet.Aufpassen wenn man die Türen schließt ab und zu sitzt da einer und gibt keinen "Piep" von sich. Ist wirklich zu süß.Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in dem Haus wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Phantastische Auszeit!
Wir haben das Haus zwei Monate gemietet und sind mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern (5 und 3)gereist. Es war traumhaft und wir haben uns in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus wirklich "daheim" gefühlt. Alle Hotspots sind von San Juan de la Rambla aus gut zu erreichen, man kann allerdings auch direkt von dort aus loswandern. Auch die Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus ist praktisch. Den Ausblick aufs Meer von allen Räumen aus und vor allem das Klima, werden wir vermissen! Wir hoffen, daß wir mal wieder dort ein paar Wochen verbringen können.

shopping facilities: Puerto de la Cruz hat schöne kleinere Geschäfte, aber auch eine Shoppingmall, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Supermärkte gibt es auch genug, sogar einen Lidl :-)

Einfach Spitze
Wir waren im Dezember 1010 in dieser schönen Finca und können nur sagen dass hier alles passt. Die Einrichtung und die Lage sind super.Nachts hört man das Meer rauschen. Man kommt schnell zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und das Haus liegt in einem tollen Wandergebiet.Die Strasse stört nicht, im Haus bekommt man die überhaupt nicht mit.
