Location and surroundings of object
In the neighboring bay, just five minutes away, is the large sand beach "El Socorro".
From the terrace of the small restaurant there you can observe not only the surfers,

Cruz or across the banana plantations to the mountains.
If you want to stroll and shop in just ten minutes Puerto de la Cruz, the

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious for 2 people. It also has enough space to accommodate a third person, as there is a double sofa bed in the living room as well as a large sofa bed in the living room.

Dream location
Really dreamlike location. If you love water and nature, if you appreciate beautiful views, then this is the right place for you. In this magnificent setting, you immediately leave behind everyday life. Only the sound of the sea and chirping birds can be heard, paradise for us. The view from the dining table and from the terrace is gigantic. The apartment itself is extremely inviting and tasteful, very clean, very comfortable and very cozy, a place where you could also like to stay longer. We didn't miss anything. The landlady is extremely friendly and accommodating, she is there when you need her, but otherwise stays in the background. There are numerous shopping opportunities nearby and many possibilities to explore the island.

Dream location by the sea
We spent two wonderfully relaxing weeks at La Pardela in April 2022. The highlight is of course the fantastic view, which you can't get enough of. We spent many hours on the terrace or slumbering on the sunbeds on the small lawn in the partial shade of the palm trees. The sensational location also includes the roar of the surf, which is clearly audible at all times!
Inside, everything you need is there and everything was clean and working. We found the decoration tastefully chosen and moderately placed, so not too much. The pictures are honest and true to the condition we found. The extremely friendly landlady, who lives in the upper part of the house, could be reached if you wanted, but otherwise remained 'invisible'
In short: we were highly satisfied with our choice. La Pardela is clearly our first choice when we go to Tenerife again.

Dream view
If you want to get back to your everyday life, even after a week, this is the place for you.
The pictures do not promise too little, the landlords were super friendly and totally uncomplicated.
The flat was super clean. We were very pleased that the basics were available and that the kitchen is well equipped for cooking.
Everything is very tastefully furnished and there was no lack of attention to detail.
We will gladly return to this property on our next visit to Tenerife.
