The holiday home with 2 floors is located on the Achterwasser and has 500m² of garden space. A parking space on the property and a terrace with barbecue are available free of charge. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, a bathroom with shower and the kitchen with dining table. On the upper floor there is a large living room
In our holiday home you will find the following equipment:

Location and surroundings of object
The LUCA holiday home is a semi-detached house built in 1996 in a small holiday home settlement in Lütow, romantically situated not far from the Achterwasser. It borders on a pasture and forest area of the "Möwenort" nature park. The house has a 500 m² terrace and lawn. The shore of the Achterwasser with various bathing spots can be reached in 10 minutes. In the area of a camping site, which is about 1 km away, there are 2 restaurants, a bicycle rental and a canoe rental. You can spend the day quietly or do a variety of sports in the surroundings of Lütow, such as fishing, cycling, inline skating, swimming, sailing, surfing, diving, tennis, football, hiking etc. The village is located on the southern tip of the Gnitz peninsula, on the edge of a nature reserve, a headland of the island of Usedom directly on the Achterwasser. The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz is about 7 km away and can be easily reached by car or bicycle via a well-maintained road.

Summer 2024
We had a really lovely vacation and felt very comfortable in the holiday home. It has everything you need in terms of amenities. The holiday home itself is in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Around the holiday home, there is a huge area (Achterwasser) with fields and trees for hiking and playing and romping for the pet. The island has plenty of sights to see and natural beaches for carefree swimming. Since we feel really comfortable here, we will definitely come back next year.

Very nice, quiet surroundings...
It is beautiful. The house is very clean and superbly equipped. It is a very nice environment for such a cottage; very beautifully designed. Great that you can bring dogs, because the meadow is great for playing. Beautiful! Highly recommended! We will gladly come again!

Relaxed and calm
Nothing is more beautiful than a vacation away from the tourist crowds, in a peaceful location, close to the backwater and surrounded by lots of nature. The house has a large lawn to relax and unwind. Inside, everything is comfortably furnished to suit the landscape, and you will find everything a good household needs without having to search for long. Fresh bread and essential food items can be found nearby at the campsite or just one village over in Neuendorf. To enjoy the sea breeze, it's only a 10-minute drive or bus ride to Zinnowitz, which can also be easily done by bike. With the same, a trip to Krummin is definitely worth it. We had a great time at Haus Lukas and the summer vacation is already booked! ? ?

Place of tranquility and relaxation
House Luca is a very cozy holiday home for couples or small families. The quiet location invites for nice walks in nature by the Bodden. It is just a few minutes by car to the Baltic Sea beach or strolling along the lake promenade.
