The detached bungalow, built in 1975 and renovated in 2021, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use: sunshade, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue area, terrace, and garden furniture. 500 sqm garden with terrace (garden furniture and barbecue area) for exclusive use at the bungalow.

Fuhlendorf. The bungalow is located on a 6,000 m² enclosed woodland plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. In the small family-run bungalow settlement with a total of 8 bungalows, 4 bungalows are rented to holiday guests. Bungalow MEK VOR 022 (6 persons), MEK VOR 023 (2 persons), MEK VOR 044 (6 persons) and MEK VOR 045 (2 persons). Access is via a side road (unpaved, length 100 m). Parking on the property.

Living room (walk-through room) with 1 extra bed on a couch/sofa, seating area, TV, radio and DVD player. Bedroom (unheated) with 3 single beds. Kitchen with TV, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 50 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: heating 0,57 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. laundry package (hand towel, bed linen) 10 € per person per stay. Bed linen (please order at booking) 5 € per person per stay.
