This two-bedroom apartment is furnished along modern, clean lines. The living area is larger than in many apartments and leads onto the wide, open terrace which is furnished for both outdoor dining and just lounging on recliners in the sunshine. The views from the terrace are simply stunning - the sea, the green villa-dotted hillsides and even to Roch Ifach. There are remote-controlled awnings to provide shade if required. Our inside dining table provides seating for 6 when extended. Our sofa bed has been carefully chosen for both comfort and ease of operation and there is somewhere to store bedlinen during the day. The two bedrooms are of comfortable (almost equal) size and provide lots of hanging space in large mirrored wardrobes with high specification fittings. The Master Bedroom opens on to the terrace and is next door to the creamy marble-fitted shower room with twin basins and large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 can be twin or double. The modern fitted kitchen has been meticulously equipped and also has a dishwasher.

There is a separate small utility room containing a washing machine/drier, ironing board, iron etc.

There is an Internet TV system providing hundreds of channels in many languages. There is also a video player and a selection of videos are provided. There is a CD player and, again, a selection of CD's are provided. There are also a selection of books to read with a glass of wine on the terrace.

All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided and with a two week stay these are changed after the first week.

The reception is manned during the day and the live-in Manager is available 24/7 if you have any problems. There is also a security system linked to the Reception which reports to them things like smoke, water leaks etc.

All windows have external electrically operated ventilated metal shutters.

There is full air conditioning/heating in the apartment which can be operated separately in each room.

The rental price includes a secure, allocated parking space for your car in the underground car park which is also monitored by CCTV to Reception.

Location and surroundings of object

The apartment is situated on the beautiful apartment/hotel complex of Parques Casablanca near La Fustera Cove between Moraira and Calpe. The complex is gated and secure. Our apartment sits atop the highest point in the complex with sweeping views across beautifully landscaped pools, down to the sea with gentle green hillsides behind. There is a poolside bar (seasonal) for drinks and snacks as you relax by the large lagoon pool. On the complex is a Health Spa which has a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, spa bath, sauna and fully equipped gymnasium. PLEASE NOTE: THE SPA FACILITIES HAVE HAD TO BE TEMPORARILY CLOSED DUE TO THE CURRENT EXTREMLY HIGH COST OF ELECTRICITY MAKING IT NON-VIABLE TO KEEP THEM OPEN AT THE CURRENT TIME. THE GYMNASIUM, HOWEVER, REMAINS OPEN. A daily or weekly pass to this can be purchased from Reception - currently 30 Euros per person unlimited access per week or 10 Euros a day unlimited access per person. (Children under 14 are unfortunately not allowed to use the Spa Building facilities).

The pools are a special feature and the younger children have their own shallow pool.

The complex is completely car-free and is maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness and tidiness. The Reception is manned during office hours and there is a resident Manager who is available 24/7 for any problems.

The nearest beach is the sandy cove of La Fustera which is approx. 900 meters away. We are informed that there is good snorkelling to be had here! Just 10 to 15 minutes drive along the Coast Road brings you to either Moraira or Calpe, each with its own style. From Moraira it is only another 15 minutes drive to Javea (similar in character, but bigger, so there's more to watch) or 20 minutes would take you into the Jalon Valley with the spectacular mountain scenery and Bodegas for tasting the local wine.

There is a medium sized supermarket about 700 meters from the apartment and larger supermarkets in Calpe and Moraira. We do recommend a car as it is an uphill walk from the supermarket in Fustera to the apartment!

There are a wide variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes in the locality including a very nice beach bar/restaurant right next to the cove at La Fustera.

The nearest airport is Alicante and is approximately a 50 minute drive away.

The rental price includes all the utilities (including air conditioning), local taxes, free WIFI inside the apartment, mid-stay change of bed linen and laundry on a minimum stay of 12 nights, allocated and secure parking space for your car in the underground car park, and end departure clean and laundry.

Cancellation terms:

  • Free cancellation option until 45 days before the day of arrival.
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 30 and 14 days of arrival Thereafter no refund

To save weight and space in your suitcases, pool/beach towels are available to hire directly from Reception at a small charge of 5 Euros for the duration of your stay.

If your flight arrives after the shops are closed, I can arrange for a Welcome Pack to be left in the apartment for you - details on request.

Although the apartment sleeps 6 and is equipped for 6, we regret we are unable to accept more than 5 adults in one group.

We do require a refundable Security Deposit of €150 but this is returned to you immediately after your holiday when the Management have confirmed that all has been left in order. (We do not make deductions for things like the odd broken plate or glass etc.).

My husband and I live in the North of England and we purchased our apartment at Parques Casablanca in 2006 when it was built. We use it ourselves to get the sunshine but we also rent it out to holidaymakers to enable others to enjoy it as we do. We are lucky that the Management of Parques Casablanca look after the property for us and do the cleaning and laundry between lets and they are always available on site if there are any problems. We wish we could visit more often but we have commitments in the UK.
