Vacation house Ivana is located in a quiet location in Medulin. The property has 4 bedrooms, a jacuzzi, a covered terrace and a spacious courtyard. On the large terrace (30 m2) there is a fireplace/grill and a table with chairs. Ideal place for day and evening relaxation. The house is fully air conditioned with 5 air conditioners. Wi-Fi and a large TV (with SAT) are also available in the house. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room with large table, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The other three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second floor. From the window of one of the rooms you have a beautiful sea view. Two bedrooms offer a double bed and the other two have two single beds. The bathroom on the first floor has a bathtub and a shower. The 2 bathrooms on the second floor have showers. 3 private parking spaces are available for guests in the yard.
