The villa with private pool is located between Pollença and Puerto Pollença and offers space for 8 people. The villa with pool is in a rural location and invites you to relax by the pool and to enjoy tranquility and beautiful views.
The house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a living/dining room with open kitchen. The large veranda is comfortably furnished and invites you to linger. A covered barbecue is also designed for lingering and cosy barbecue evenings. There is plenty of space and cosy spots to relax.

For holidaymakers looking for the original Mallorca, Pollensa and the harbour town of the same name, Puerto Pollensa, are ideal retreats.
Far away from the Ballermann, varied landscapes merge with well-kept sandy beaches here. Pollensa is a good starting point for exploring the entire island and the Tramuntana mountains are ideal for hiking and cycling tours. In Puerto Pollença, the beach slopes very gently down to the water. It is therefore well suited for small children to play. Behind the yacht and fishing harbour is the long sandy beach of Port de Pollenca. It enjoys a particularly great view of the steep slopes of the Tramuntana mountains.

Free cancellation possible up to 29 days before the arrival date.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee.
For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

We had a wonderful 8 nights at the villa. A wonderful villa with plenty of space for 8 of us and an amazing pool and BBQ area. Really comfy beds and kitchen. Had everything we needed. Beautiful location with views of the mountains and amazing bird song. No other noise. We would highly recommend a stay here.

The finca is quietly located and offers everything needed for your stay. It looks just like in the pictures and provides enough space for eight people. We were able to check in independently and were allowed to stay a little longer on the last day, which made the departure really relaxed.
