Description
To make you feel completely at home, our vacation apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen.
From A, for everything slicer, to S, for pressure cooker, you will find here, in addition to the 4-burner ceramic hob, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and many other things to cook your favorite meal.
For a perfect breakfast, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg boiler are available. A hand blender and a number of small kitchen helpers complete the equipment.
The integrated dishwasher takes care of the washing up afterwards.
In the separate utility room, there is a clothes drying rack, cleaning equipment, and enough space to store things like suitcases.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasin, a bench, as well as a large walk-in shower and a free washing machine. A scale, facial tissues, and a makeup mirror complement the amenities. In the bright and spacious living room, there are solid wood furniture with integrated ambient lighting and a new genuine leather couch, as well as a 55-inch TV with satellite reception and internet connection. A separate sound projector creates the perfect sound, turning the TV evening into a cinema experience. A stereo system with CD player and various CDs is also available. In the bedroom, a large double bed (180 x 200) with separate and high-quality mattresses and adjustable slatted frames ensures pleasant and restful sleep.
The in-floor heating installed throughout the apartment guarantees particularly comfortable living during the cooler seasons.
The windows in the apartment are equipped with pleated blinds and partly with insect screens. On the south-facing terrace in front of the house overlooking the koi pond, it's perfect for relaxing and gradually forgetting the daily grind. High-quality garden furniture and seat cushions are, of course, also available.
A great place for planned family celebrations, or just to end the day with a bottle of wine, is the pavilion belonging to the holiday apartment. A grill is also available here. A car parking space on the property and the option to store bicycles are included.

Location and surroundings of object
Brandshagen is a small locality situated right at the gates of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and the Baltic coast. This central location is ideal for exploring the Hanseatic cities of Stralsund and Greifswald, as well as the Fischland/Darß peninsula.
The island of Rügen is also just a few minutes away, either via the impressive Rügendamm or more relaxed, away from the main roads, by ferry from Stahlbrode. Since Brandshagen is located directly on the Baltic Sea cycling route, you can of course explore the beautiful nature on numerous routes by bike.
In the town itself, there is a supermarket with a bakery, a doctor, a hairdresser, and there is also a postal station. Our apartment is very quiet, located on the outer ring of a small residential area, and directly borders the surrounding fields and forest.
In the adjacent Niederhof nature reserve, you can observe thousands of cormorants during the breeding season. There is also a small beach here. A hiking trail leads from here directly along the coast to the fishing village of Stahlbrode, where you can get the best freshly smoked fish far and wide. Nearby is also Marina Neuhof, where you can rent fishing boats up to 15 HP (no license required) to spend a beautiful day on the high seas. A snack bar with delicious fish dishes can also be found here. For fans of Greek cuisine, the nearby Restaurant Knossos is recommended.

Vacation in Brandtshagen
We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. A great furnished holiday apartment, very clean and tidy with everything you need for the holiday. The property is impeccably maintained, a nice ambiance with the pond in front of the terrace. Our Nala, a small Maltipoo, got along really well with Sissy (a lovely dog). Our landlords Kerstin and Holger Heinze are so nice, and that's why we also spent some time with them in the evenings. Thanks again for letting me celebrate my birthday with you. From Brandtshagen we were able to explore the area and received valuable tips from our landlords - after all, the island of Rügen is really close by. In conclusion, a truly beautiful vacation with a great holiday apartment and landlords. We will definitely come back. All the best to you, Anka and Andre.

Super beautiful
We came as guests and leave as friends. A beautifully furnished holiday apartment, with lots of love. The area is really great, nice and quiet, and if you want to experience something, Stralsund, Rügen, and Warnemünde are not far away. The Heinze family is so warm-hearted and the sweet Sissi likes to cuddle. Thank you, says the Metzer family. We look forward to being here again.

Very nice accommodation
In this vacation apartment, you can enjoy your holiday. Nothing is missing here. Have a cozy breakfast on the terrace or spend the evening in the weatherproof pavilion. Very nice landlords and you simply have to like the four-legged Sissi. We can only recommend the apartment.

Vacation with dog.
We had a very nice time in this lovingly furnished holiday apartment with our dachshund Frieda and felt very comfortable. Very nice, kind hosts who welcomed us nicely and the farm dog Cissy, whom we naturally fell in love with. We got many tips and also enjoyed the peace on the beautiful well-kept property with pond. All around a nice vacation, so we already booked again for October. We are looking forward to the next time... Greetings from Magdeburg, Nils... Doreen and Frieda.
