Description
To make you feel completely at home, our holiday flat has a large, fully equipped kitchen with satellite TV.
From A for Alles-Schneider to S for Schnellkochtopf (pressure cooker), you will find a 4-plate ceramic hob, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave and many other things to cook your favourite food.
You can prepare your coffee as you wish in the coffee machine or the coffee capsule machine.
A kettle, toaster and blender, as well as lots of small kitchen gadgets round off the equipment.
The integrated dishwasher takes care of the dishes. In the separate utility room there is a tumble dryer and a large freezer.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with WC, a large ground-level shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
Cosmetic towels and a make-up mirror complete the equipment.
In the bright and large living room, you will find solid wood furniture with integrated ambient lighting and a new leather couch as well as a 55 inch TV with satellite reception and internet connection.
A separate sound projector creates the perfect sound and turns the TV evening into a cinema experience
A stereo system with CD player and various CDs is also available.
In the bedroom, a large double bed (180 x 200) with separate and high-quality mattresses as well as multi-adjustable slatted frames ensures pleasant and restful sleeping.
The underfloor heating installed throughout the flat guarantees a particularly pleasant living comfort in the cooler seasons.
The windows in the holiday flat are equipped with pleated blinds and partly with insect screens.
On the sun terrace in front of the house with a view of the koi pond, it is perfect to relax and gradually forget about everyday life. High-quality garden furniture and seat cushions are of course also available.
A great place for balmy summer evenings with a good bottle of wine is the pavilion belonging to the holiday home. A barbecue is also available here.
A parking space and the possibility to store bicycles in the garage are included.

Location and surroundings of object
Brandshagen is a small village located directly at the gates of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and the Baltic Sea coast. This central location is ideal for exploring the Hanseatic cities of Stralsund and Greifswald as well as the Fischland / Darß peninsula from here
You can also reach the island of Rügen in just a few minutes, either via the impressive Rügen Dam, or in a relaxed way off the main roads, by car ferry from Stahlbrode
In the village itself you will find a supermarket, a doctor, a hairdresser and also a post office. Our holiday flat is located in the outer ring of a small residential area and borders directly on the surrounding fields and forest.
In the adjacent Niederhof nature reserve you can watch thousands of cormorants during the breeding season. There is also a small bathing beach here.
A hiking trail leads from here directly along the coast to the fishing village of Stahlbrode, where you can get the best freshly smoked fish far and wide.
The Neuhof Marina is also in the immediate vicinity, where you can rent fishing boats up to 15 hp (licence-free) to spend a beautiful day on the high seas. A restaurant with a view of the water can also be found here.
For friends of Greek cuisine, we recommend the nearby Knossos restaurant.

Super beautiful
We came as guests and leave as friends. A beautifully furnished holiday apartment, with lots of love. The area is really great, nice and quiet, and if you want to experience something, Stralsund, Rügen, and Warnemünde are not far away. The Heinze family is so warm-hearted and the sweet Sissi likes to cuddle. Thank you, says the Metzer family. We look forward to being here again.

Very nice accommodation
In this vacation apartment, you can enjoy your holiday. Nothing is missing here. Have a cozy breakfast on the terrace or spend the evening in the weatherproof pavilion. Very nice landlords and you simply have to like the four-legged Sissi. We can only recommend the apartment.

Vacation with dog.
We had a very nice time in this lovingly furnished holiday apartment with our dachshund Frieda and felt very comfortable. Very nice, kind hosts who welcomed us nicely and the farm dog Cissy, whom we naturally fell in love with. We got many tips and also enjoyed the peace on the beautiful well-kept property with pond. All around a nice vacation, so we already booked again for October. We are looking forward to the next time... Greetings from Magdeburg, Nils... Doreen and Frieda.

Gorgeous apartment with very kind landlords.
We felt very comfortable. We appreciate the warm, loving manner in which our landlords gave us many tips for excursions. We have taken the house and yard dog Cissy into our hearts. We were able to use the terrace, although strong winds often made it difficult. Then we moved into the garden house and read there. All in all, a successful Baltic Sea holiday. Holidays with the dog at the Baltic Sea
Ideal accommodation for a holiday with dog, nice landlords, super nice Cissy. Good location with very good connections to Stralsung, greifswald and to the island of Rügen (ferry or Rügendamm).

Here you will find a super holiday flat that is well equipped and clean, in a beautiful, well-kept environment without noise. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating.
If you are not afraid to drive a few kilometres, this is the perfect place.
Especially great are the evenings on the terrace next to a pond where the water splashes soothingly and the garden is beautifully and discreetly lit. There is also a small garden house that can be used and a barbecue is also available. We enjoyed our time here very much.

The most beautiful short holiday
The 5 stars are fully deserved here, not only the location and the flat are impeccable but also the "hosts"
It feels very familiar here and yet like on holiday
I have booked with my partner directly for this year again to experience New Year's Eve something new
We were shown a secret place with a sandy beach where you can lie alone and listen to the waves. For us they made stick bread with a camp fire ? and above all great conversation topics. The time alone here is fantastically beautiful, the breakfast in front of the pond on our own terrace with birds singing was like in paradise
No cars you hear here no noise you have here like in crowded hotels or beaches ,
The price-performance ratio is absolutely unbeatable.
The house dog / bitch has been absolutely socially affectionate to our dogs
There is really nothing to complain about in this holiday and that is the fantastic thing?

Wonderful time
Can only thank you for the 5 wonderful weeks. A very nice holiday flat in a quiet area and two super nice hosts. You get very good tips for different things to do and where to find the best fish to smoke or grill. (to name a few things)
In any case, I can more than recommend the holiday flat. Always worth a visit.

schöne Wohnung
Sehr schöne modern eingerichtete Wohnung, superfreundliche Gastgeber, auch zu Hunden.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es weiter. Leider ist man auf ein Auto auf Grund der Lage angewiesen. Gerne wieder.
