The small summer house is super modern and bright, equipped with a lot of love for detail and taste. In the kitchen, everything you need is available, as well as cozy towels and bed linen. The location was very good, the beach and the city are quickly reachable. The landlords were super nice and there was a small welcome gift. We would book the house again.

I felt comfortable and at home from the very first minute. Everything was perfect... the friendly communication, the modern, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean apartment... the very comfortable bed, the cozy towels... I could go on like this forever. In a few minutes, you are at the great beach, and the small but nice shopping street is not far away. I will definitely come back and am already looking forward to it! We were in the accommodation for 4 days and it was perfect, a small but super cozy and modern apartment, you have everything you need! Beautiful vacation home

The holiday accommodation is great; it is well-equipped and very clean. Furthermore, the paths to the beach and also to the town are very short. If there were anything to criticize, it would be that there are too few sockets and that the Wi-Fi is not very good. But those are just very minor issues.

Top Holiday Apartment

The Zomerhusje is a very nice small vacation apartment, lovingly and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable.
The location is within walking distance to the beach and central for interesting outings by bike or car.
Particularly noteworthy are the helpful landlords and the quick and friendly communication. All our questions were answered very quickly. There is also a good info folder that explains all the important things. We felt very comfortable.

Summer house Noordwijk

The small house is well-suited for a short trip to Noordwijk. It is adequately equipped, with tasteful small decor details, and the furnishings are very stylish. The landlords, Rogier & Kim, are very attentive and correspond very promptly. The close proximity to the beautiful beach and great beach bars is a big plus. The only downside is a large shared duvet, which is not ideal for a couple or friends. Noordwijk and the summer house are highly recommended.

Very nice and clean accommodation for 2 people. Perfect facilities (dishwasher, coffee machine, stove, oven...) with everything that makes the holiday even more enjoyable. The beach is just a few minutes away. Parking is about 150 meters away. Central and quiet location. Perfect for a beach and cycling holiday.

Small but nice

The accommodation was very well equipped (even a tajine was available :D) and very clean. Although the apartment is quite small, the space is optimal for two people. The proximity to the beach was extremely convenient, allowing for spontaneous beach walks at any time. Additionally, the apartment is located near a large, affordable parking area. The communication with Rogier and Kim was flawless from the beginning and they were very accommodating. We definitely recommend the accommodation!

Everything is great!

The apartment is very clean and modern, which is noteworthy for me as I have experienced it differently before. An ideal cozy place where you want to linger longer.

Nothing was missing (modern kitchen appliances, skylight with remote control in the bathroom). The most important kitchen utensils are available, which you would normally have to pack yourself. There is an information folder and a welcome greeting on the sideboard for us. The small modern bathroom had enough storage space due to the base cabinet. We felt comfortable and would definitely like to come back.

Little Gem

I found this great little studio apartment when the hotels I had previously used for business meetings near Noordwijk were already booked. That was to my benefit - I had a much nicer place to stay at a lower price, with the bonus of a walk along the beach every morning and evening. It offered everything I needed (a comfortable bed, wifi, coffee machine - and other facilities that would be ideal for a couple on vacation), was spotlessly clean, and Rogier and Kim provided quick and helpful responses to my questions.

The furnishing of the apartment is unbeatable! Interior decorators have done an incredible job here. Very high-quality furniture is perfectly arranged. The bathroom is also top! Cooking is fun because everything you need is available. If you love Noordwijk like I do, you are in good hands here.

Within walking distance of the beach. Compact but fully and well-equipped studio. Quiet place and neighborhood. A small outdoor area is at least present, but you have the beach for that. Quick and pleasant communication. We had a great time there.

Just warm and cozy

Thanks to the very cozy and lovingly furnished accommodation, we were able to enjoy the days to the fullest. It was by far one of the cleanest accommodations we have ever booked. The size is completely sufficient for 2 people. One thing that would round off the whole thing, given the weather that often prevails there, would be an additional small area where you could take off and dry your wet shoes and clothes. Because it was a bit of a shame to dirty the beautiful studio.

10-day stay in August 2023

Initially, it was surprising for us that, contrary to its name "Sommerhäuschen" (little summer house), it was not a small house in the traditional sense, but rather a studio apartment. However, it is very exclusive and excellently equipped in terms of layout. There was a spacious walk-in shower. The modern furnishings and high-quality and relatively new kitchen equipment, including appliances and inventory, were remarkable. The bed comfort is praiseworthy (box spring).
The location of the apartment is slightly outside the city center, but therefore very quiet. The beach and the boulevard can be reached in a few minutes (5-7).
An extensive information folder is available, which explains the functions of all (modern) electrical appliances.
A note regarding drying small laundry or towels (e.g. wet swimwear) was taken into account.
Our opinion (couple over 70): High standard, very well-maintained accommodation, and therefore recommended for those who also value a well-groomed appearance at home.

Stylish home

We had a wonderful time in the summer house together. Very tasteful interior. Sufficient storage space, enough hangers. The coffee machine is great and the coffee delicious. There were no problems with the key safe and the previous email. The service by email was excellent. The apartment was easy to clean, as we brought a lot of sand every day. Bathing suits could be hung up and dried in the shower. A large bowl for salad would be great. Or maybe something on the outside wall of the apartment to dry clothes during the night (e.g. wetsuit). We would love to come back.

Beautiful small apartment

The vacation apartment was very suitable for two people and 5 days. Check-in and check-out went contactless. All important information was collected in a folder in the apartment. We were completely satisfied. The only thing we didn't like so much was that there was only one blanket. It was very large and could be used by two people, but we would have preferred two blankets. Otherwise, everything was really great and clean.

Clear recommendation - great accommodation for a holiday in Noordwijk!

We spent a wonderful holiday week in the Zomerhuisje Noordwijk. The small house is spacious, modernly furnished and absolutely nothing is missing. The facilities, especially the kitchen, are very good! The contact with the landlords Kim and Rogier was uncomplicated, always courteous and fast.

The free parking is only a minute's walk away and the beautiful, wide beach can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot.

The summer house is a good starting point for relaxed beach days, dune hikes, bike tours or even a day trip to Den Haag, Haarlem or Amsterdam.

We (couple around 30) would recommend the accommodation anytime.

Small cozy gem.

We immediately felt comfortable in this small studio. There was juice and Dutch candies on the pretty counter as a welcome greeting. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a delicious meal. The extra-long box spring bed is very comfortable, and everything is very clean and well-maintained. The surroundings of the small house are quiet, so you can really relax. The beautiful beach and town are within walking distance. We had our bikes with us and could use the wonderful bike paths through the dune landscape. We would definitely come back. Thanks to the Van der Pijl family as landlords!

We felt very comfortable here. The flat has great equipment in the kitchen area. There are good and numerous kitchen utensils included. With a fully automatic coffee machine, good coffee is directly available in the morning.
Only one thing we did not like so much. The beautiful bathroom is only separated from the kitchen by a curtain. This is not a sufficient separation between the toilet and the kitchen.

The summer cottage is absolutely to be recommended. It has everything you need, even more. Some normal households are not so well equipped. Absolutely nothing is missing, and everything is very new and of high quality, and as stated in the description. The cottage is very tastefully decorated and just cosy.


The location is also very good. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach and the village.

Beautiful accommodation

We absolutely enjoyed our few days here in November!
The contact by mail to the landlords was very nice.
The accommodation is brand new, perfectly equipped with everything, bright, modern, clean, big enough for two people and very cosy. The photos reflect everything perfectly. There is a separate entrance, so you are all to yourself
Parking is close by and you don't walk far to the beach/city. We were a bit surprised about the missing door to the bathroom :-) There was only a curtain. Since everything else was so nice, we don't deduct a star for that!
It won't stop us from coming back for sure!!!

A beautiful vacation in Noordwijk.

Just a great vacation.

The cottage is highly recommended, tastefully furnished and perfectly sufficient for 2 people. Everything is available, nothing is missing, except for an egg cooker ?. But a pot works too. The reception was warm and if there were any problems, one could get in touch at any time.

We will definitely come back.

Great house for beautiful days by the sea

We felt very comfortable in the summer house! The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding cities of Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leiden, and The Hague. The beach is within walking distance in under 10 minutes and is beautiful. The amenities are very extensive, and everything we needed was there. Thank you for the detailed binder with the important information about the house and the area. We had great days and would love to come back.

Dreamlike beach holiday

We spent a wonderful, relaxing holiday in a small, lovingly furnished, modern and clean holiday flat. There was simply nothing missing. The coffee was very delicious! It is only a stone's throw from the summer house to the beach and restaurants. Leiden and The Hague are very easy to reach by bus. We would love to come back!

Beautifully furnished, small summer house - highly recommended.

From booking to departure, everything was perfectly organized. Very well-equipped little house for two people. Everything new and clean. Convenient quiet location as a starting point for beach, bike tours, etc. Everything as stated in the description. We really enjoyed it and would like to come back.

Nice and cosy little place for a couple

We had a nice stay in this recently renovated little place. Although it is small the renovation was well done to make this a really comfortable studio with good quality materials. The bed is very comfortable, the shower as well, the kitchen is fully equipped and all accessories are there. There is no garden nor terrace, but it is at close walking distance from all you need, the beach and the city center with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The owner lives nearby and was very friendly and helpful. Documentation with all useful information was available. If you are looking for something small but with all comfort for a short stay, I can recommend this place.

Small - but fine

In these 23m², you can find everything your heart desires. In addition to the dishwasher, there are also plenty of baking utensils and dishes available. The apartment is very bright and predominantly white. The location is also very quiet, and the apartment was clean and tidy. A beautiful bouquet of flowers was on the table, and spice plants adorned the range hood.

In the morning, you are gently awoken by the birdsong from the landlord's garden. In about 5-7 minutes on foot, you are already at the beach, which invites surfing at the right time of year.

The landlords respond very kindly, quickly, and specifically to inquiries. The handover of the apartment also took place without any issues via the key box, and the deposit was returned promptly.

Anytime again
