The description of the meters to be read could be better. The purpose of the 3 electricity readings is not clear and therefore opaque, and the search for the water meter was entertaining, but not everyone may see it that way. Internet: It is outdated not to offer a flat rate, in my view a significant disadvantage of the property. Since we knew this, we brought "our own internet," a mobile modem with a flat rate, which would have worked much better as a fixed installation by the owner. And a mosquito net per room would be sensible; city people are not so fond of crawling creatures, but they do like fresh air.
