A really great house. The house is completely fenced and therefore very well suited for dog owners. We arrived and felt very comfortable in the holiday village via Claudia, almost "like at home." Everything worked perfectly, the house offers everything the holiday heart desires. The surroundings are also great and provide many opportunities for dogs and their owners. And also a big compliment to the management. Perfect.

Beautiful landscape, good air, and tranquility, perfect for relaxing... It's great for dog owners that the garden is fenced, allowing for comfortable barbecue time in the garden. The walk leads directly into the shaded forest to a lovely swimming lake. It's a pity that dogs are not allowed in the water there. However, there are plenty of lakes in the surrounding area. The Eibsee at Zugspitze is also worth a visit.

We have been going to the holiday village for 4 years and come home refreshed every time. If you don't feel like taking trips by car, you can start wonderful hikes right from the holiday village. The Alpensee house is equipped with everything you need. In the evenings, you can relax in the sauna or sit on the terrace in the sunshine. In the village, you can find everything you need for daily life and have a good meal in the restaurants in the evening. The landlord is helpful for questions.

We have been to the holiday village several times and we enjoyed it very much again. The handover with the key safe always works very well and the house was already nicely warmed up. The amenities in the Alpensee house are very good. Right at the house, you can start great hikes in the surrounding area. Booking through the booking portal is easy and the overview afterwards is very good. We will definitely come back.

We spent a wonderful holiday week in Lechbruck over Pentecost. The first vacation with our dog was simply beautiful and relaxed in this great accommodation, which was equipped with everything we needed. Even the few rainy days were not a problem in this large house; we could all spread out nicely. The garden is securely fenced, so our dog had plenty of space to run around, which was very relaxing for us as well. There are great things to see and do from there. We definitely weren't there for the last time!

We had a great holiday with 3 small children and a dog. The house is very well equipped, clean, and really cozy. A highlight for us was the sauna in the house. When the children were in bed, we could unwind there! The booking process also went smoothly and was very well organized. The additional costs were promptly settled, and the remaining amount of the deposit was refunded.

We are "repeat offenders" and have been to the Alpensee house for the third time. The house has everything we need, and we feel very comfortable from the first minute. We start beautiful hikes directly from the house and can then relax wonderfully in the sauna. Sitting by the fireplace in the evening and reading a book in a relaxed manner - what more could one want? There are shopping options and restaurants in Lechbruck, which can be easily reached by car or bicycle. If anything is not in order, the landlord helps promptly.

A gate at the bottom of the stairs would be practical, as it can prevent dogs (and small children) from simply going upstairs. In the office or garbage collection area, there could also be a dispenser for dog waste bags, or alternatively, a small supply in the holiday home. Fortunately, we had some with us and discovered the dispenser in the woods, on the way to the lake, on the second day.

The house is simply top-notch! However, the surroundings need to be further developed - there is actually too little tourist infrastructure on site. The hiking trails for the daily dog walks are also a bit lacking - agriculture is a priority, and much is fenced with barbed wire. We encountered several obstacles and couldn't get through.
