A power price of 45 cents when a PV system with storage is available is actually too expensive; moreover, since everything is heated or warmed with electricity, a mixed calculation should be made. A PV system has usually paid for itself after 10 years. When you are there in winter, you quickly incur additional costs of 100-150 euros per week.

We all really enjoyed our stay, and the surroundings with the mountains are beautiful. The amenities of the house and the things that were already available impressed us. We will definitely come back and will book with you again. Thank you also for your understanding regarding the water billing due to the toilet flushing.

Beautiful house in a secluded quiet location at the end of the village. The kitchen and bathroom fittings are top-notch, as well as the living and dining area, nothing is missing for 6 people. However, the house is very noisy, and the sleeping situation for the adults is exhausting. All slatted frames squeak unusually loud. The Wi-Fi situation is quite frustrating with children, as streaming is not allowed. Therefore, for example, working (Teams, etc.) is also not possible. Not up-to-date, just like the additional billing for electricity/water based on consumption at prices above the usual market price along with the already high rent. Great is the walkable location to two lakes! The manager, Mrs. Demmler, is always reachable and very helpful.

Beautiful holiday home with plenty of wood. Wonderful quiet location. Great amenities including a charging point for the electric car directly at the house.
