The holiday home "Giada" was newly built in 2010 and is located approx. 200 m from the fine sandy, shallow and therefore child-friendly beach of the Baltic Sea. Spend an unforgettable "feel-good holiday" at any time of the year. In summer, rent a beach chair and sunbathe and relax to your heart's content. In winter, after a walk on the beach, take a warm bath in the whirlpool or relax in the house's sauna and then end the evening comfortably with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room with wood-burning stove, a bedroom and a bathroom with sauna and whirlpool. An open gallery leads to a cosy sitting area, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Internet connection is available
A parking space belongs to the house, which is located directly at the house and is included in the price. If desired, a 2nd parking space can be rented.
The owners of the Baaber Düne houses or their guests have an additional 5 parking spaces available for the 10 houses, which can be rented to guests and are under the management of Fewo & Meer. If you need a second parking space, please let us know immediately and we will try to reserve a second parking space for you for 7€/day.

The "Giada" holiday home is located on the Baabe dune, between Lake Sellin and the kilometre-long white beach on the Baltic Sea. Baabe lies at the entrance to the Mönchgut. The name comes from the fact that this peninsula was monastic property for centuries. Until the turn of the century, Baabe was a small fishing village. then in 1890 the first bathers arrived. Baabe has an extremely attractive location between Lake Sellin and kilometres of white beach on the Baltic Sea. All foreign guides mention the ferryman at the Baabe bulwark, who has been ferrying guests and bicycles across the lake to Möritzdorf for over 40 years after ringing the bell.
The houses at Baaber Düne are a small ensemble of 4 semi-detached and 2 detached houses. The house "Giada" is one of the semi-detached houses, slightly offset to the side. Due to the good insulation, nothing can be heard from the neighbouring house. Since the houses are offset, the terraces are not visible. House "Giada" is very quietly situated, surrounded by pines and oaks.

| Tourist tax must be paid in Baabe. Low season (07 January to 30 April and 01 November to 22 December : 1,80 € / per adult / pr0 day High season (01. May to 31. October and 23. December to 06. January : 2,35 € / per adult / per day Children aged 0-7 years are exempt from the health resort tax. Children and teenagers aged 8-17 years pay half the amount for adults. Severely disabled persons (from 80% severe disability) and their accompanying person are exempt from the spa tax. The rate of the levy for dogs is € 0.60/ per day. Incidental costs (electricity, water, gas) are charged separately and deducted from the deposit (150 €). Prices: Electricity 0,35 KWh. / water 6,70m³ / gas 0,99m³. From April to the end of October and during the New Year's Eve week, the house can only be rented by the week. Arrival and departure day is Saturday. From a rental period of 7 days incl., less than 7 days 80 € will be charged

Pets per booking 30 € / per week.
Electricity, gas and water costs are to be billed separately (according to consumption) and will be charged against the deposit. The rental deposit is 150 €. The price for electricity is 0,45€/kWh. The price for water/waste water is 6,95€/m³. The price for gas is 1,05€/m³.
Internet connection via WLAN is available free of charge, if desired.

Super beautiful little house
We spent our annual girls' family vacation in Baabe. The cottage is super nice, cozy, and very well equipped. The beds on the upper floor are a bit small (140), but since we could switch to the single beds on the ground floor, everything was great. The last stretch of "road" is a very bumpy forest path, which is a bit exhausting, but it shouldn't factor into the rating. We felt very comfortable there and had a lovely time.

Very beautiful and cozy holiday home
The beautiful and cozy holiday home is located in a holiday home settlement, amidst a pine forest, near the beach. Great facilities, very clean. However, the access is via an unsurfaced and slightly poorly lit forest road, which is not so good.

Beach vacation
A fully equipped holiday home.
The only criticism is the 1.40m beds.
The way to the beach is short. Baabe offers everything you need.
