Inside, this villa is exactly as you would expect from the exterior; luxurious, tasteful and high-quality. A lot of attention has gone into the furnishings and finishings so that you will feel right at home. You will have a beautiful, fully equipped sleek kitchen at your disposal; the robust dining table is perfect for a wonderful meal and the pleasant seating area is the most comfortable spot to enjoy watching the outdoors. The gas fire creates an even nicer atmosphere.
The bedrooms and bathrooms can be found on two different floors. On the ground floor, there's one room with an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms can be found on the first floor. Two of the three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, which leaves one separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. For the ultimate relaxation, you can enjoy the Finnish sauna with a view of the Tjeukemeer!
All of this indoor luxury is completed by the terrace, accessible through the beautiful sliding doors. Thanks to the location by the water and the comfortable garden furniture, this is the perfect setting to enjoy eating outside during warm sunny days. Holiday park Friese Meren Villa's has an unrivalled appearance with its luxurious villas with thatched roof and location directly by the Tjeukemeer. The quiet and spacious park is an excellent location for a wonderful stay. Because each villa is located by the water and features a private jetty, there villas are the perfect base for endless sailing fun. Thanks to the connected waters, you can sail from your villa to National Park de Weerribben, the IJsselmeer, the Wadden islands and pretty much everything in between.
Delfstrahuizen, where the water villas are located, is a small Frisian village; here you'll find a supermarket, a few bars, outdoor cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The vibrant harbour of Lemmer (approx. 11 km) is very popular with water sports enthusiasts. During the summer, the historical building and terraces at the quayside create a beautiful decor. Heerenveen (approx. 14km.) and even Leeuwarden (approx. 44km.) -European Capital of Culture in 2018- can be reached easily.
Friesland can be best experienced with the luxury of "Friese Meren Villa's" as starting point.
