In this beautiful wellness villa with a thatched roof, you will experience an absolute dream holiday that you can enjoy with the entire family. Everything has been thought of to make it as comfortable as possible for the entire company.
The living room on the ground floor features a nice sitting area with an attractive gas fireplace. The beautiful open plan kitchen is fully equipped and of course also features all modern conveniences. The dining area is located in the same room and provides a great atmosphere. Want to escape the hustle and bustle? That has also been thought of. The wellness area offers all the necessary relaxation in the form of a whirlpool and Finnish sauna. The fact that one of the bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom, is also located on the ground floor, brings practical advantages.
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms in total, three of which have an en-suite bathroom, and one separate bathroom with another Finnish sauna and shower. The other bedroom has a beautiful box bed. The last two sleeping places are located in the sleeping loft, which, due to the sloping walls, is most suitable for children.
The quality that you see inside, can also be found outside. Through the sliding doors or patio doors, you reach the beautiful deck terrace, which is equipped with comfortable furniture and atmospheric lighting. A lovely place to enjoy this holiday home in Friesland during beautiful days.

Holiday park Friese Meren Villa's has an unrivalled appearance with its luxurious villas with thatched roof and location directly by the Tjeukemeer. The quiet and spacious park is an excellent location for a wonderful stay. Because each villa is located by the water and features a private jetty, there villas are the perfect base for endless sailing fun. Thanks to the connected waters, you can sail from your villa to National Park de Weerribben, the IJsselmeer, the Wadden islands and pretty much everything in between.
Delfstrahuizen, where the water villas are located, is a small Frisian village; here you'll find a supermarket, a few bars, outdoor cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The vibrant harbour of Lemmer (approx. 11 km) is very popular with water sports enthusiasts. During the summer, the historical building and terraces at the quayside create a beautiful decor. Heerenveen (approx. 14km.) and even Leeuwarden (approx. 44km.) -European Capital of Culture in 2018- can be reached easily.
Friesland can be best experienced with the luxury of "Friese Meren Villa's" as starting point.

Very nice spacious villa, plenty of space for the group of friends we stayed with in this beautiful house.
Lots of outdoor space, beautifully situated on the water, just a pity for us that the weather did not cooperate.

On the negative side, it should be noted that no fees were placed in any of the windows or in the door area. In a country that seems to be a paradise for mosquitoes, this should definitely be a MUST. The holiday home with house number 8 was booked. The holiday home with house number 6 was given to us on site. Our research shows that this holiday home is intended for use with pets. If I choose a holiday home without pets, there is of course a reason for that.
