Description
Our **** holiday home is located in a quiet settlement at the end of a street directly on the old dyke. The harbour and the historic centre with its many restaurants can be reached on foot in 10 minutes
On the ground floor there is a spacious, bright living and dining area with access to the terrace and garden. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, SAT-TV and a dining table. The kitchen is separated, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and oven, as well as sufficient crockery and cooking utensils.
The dining area with the large oval table is directly adjacent to the kitchen.
A guest toilet and washing machine are also located on the ground floor.
The upper floor is accessed via a wooden staircase in the hallway and offers the two bedrooms and the shower room. The large bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1,80x2m) in comfort height, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a cot with changing table for small children and a second TV.
The small bedroom has two single beds (1x2m), wardrobe and chest of drawers
In the shower room, a large washstand offers enough storage space and a towel dryer provides cosy warmth
The terrace and garden can be reached via the living room. There, comfortable armchairs, a large table, sun loungers, parasol, beach chair and barbecue provide all you need to linger in comfort
A lockable garden shed is available for the safe storage of bicycles or children's vehicles
There are two parking spaces at the house and a charging station for electric cars.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located on the edge of the historic centre of Greetsiel in a quiet settlement. The old dike is right next to the house. The harbour, home to the largest shrimp cutter fleet in East Frisia, is just a few minutes' walk across the dyke. From there you can get directly to the restaurants around the old dike. The historic houses in the centre of the village are known far beyond the borders of East Frisia
Outside Greetsiel there is a well-maintained network of paths, ideal for extensive bicycle tours
The East Frisian islands are within direct sight: Norderney and Juist are easy to reach. You can walk through the mudflats to Baltrum with an expert guide.
