After an adventurous journey (the house is located on a slope - accessible via a narrow winding and partly quite steep road that our GPS apparently did not know... especially after an 8-hour drive in the dark), we were very warmly welcomed. The apartment is really spacious and offers plenty of room. The view from the balcony of the mountains and the valley is already fantastic. However, one must know that the house is really located in a remote area on the slope and, contrary to the description, is not within walking distance of a supermarket. Without a car, there is nothing to be done. The furnishings are somewhat dated, but everything was clean. Furthermore, one must know that directly under the kitchen window is the manure pile. Ventilation was thus only possible with significant odor nuisance. The apartment is located on the upper floor and is dark even in bright sunshine due to the large roof structure, and one must turn on the light during the day. The kitchen is well equipped. However, one should really bring all food items upon arrival, including salt or sugar. With an occupancy of 7 people, it became apparent that one toilet and one shower posed a logistical challenge.

The stay in the accommodation was good in itself BUT upon arrival the landlord gave us a puzzled look and asked what we wanted here. Apparently Belvilla failed to set up a booking block for the property (over New Year's Eve). There was double occupancy and the landlord only after a long back and forth agreed that we could stay. However, we were forced to wait 3 hours for the apartment after an 8-hour drive. We had 4 children with us and it was already late in the evening. In addition, there were probably problems with the transmission of Apartment Direct to Belvilla, since only one person was reported for the apartment instead of 8. Of course, the hotline could not be reached. When paying However, they were after money like the devil after souls. Money was paid on time, but was only booked one day after the deadline at Belvilla. A reminder came promptly with the threat of cancellation, although 1/3 had already been paid! We will never book with Belvilla again!
