The very modern, freestanding house is hardly visible from the street. There are parking spaces for 2 carriages on the site, which you can lock with a gate. The large, sunny garden with a spacious terrace is completely enclosed. Here you can let the long summer evening end with the cozy warmth of a fire bowl.
The stylishly furnished living room has a large sliding door, whereby inside and outside very nicely go together. In the summer you can use the external blinds electrically, so that the apartment temperatures are always pleasant. In the other seasons you have underfloor heating. Digital television and free Wi-Fi are available. It is a good place to live in all seasons.
The kitchen, next to the seating area, has an induction cooker, a hot-air oven with microwave function, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. There is a nespresso machine for coffee lovers.
From the living room you reach three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a luxurious double bed (boxspring) and a private bathroom with an Italian shower, sink and toilet. The other bedrooms have two single beds (boxspring) or a single bed (100x190).
Next to the large wardrobe is access to the second bathroom. It is also provided with an Italian shower, sink and toilet.
