Description

Only 10 minutes from the magnificent beaches of Zeeland and 5 minutes from the centre, in a green oasis, lies the cosy holiday home "De Specht".

The house has a large garden where you can enjoy the sun undisturbed at any time of the day. After a day on the beach you can relax on one of the deckchairs.

In the cosy bright living room with sliding door to the garden there is a cosy, comfortable sitting area and a dining group for five people. The house has free WLAN and digital TV (flat screen TV).

In the modern, open kitchen there is a 4 burner gas cooker, a dishwasher, a combi microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.

From the living room you reach the three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. There's plenty of cupboards. Although the house has six beds, it is only rented to a maximum of 4 adults.

The bathroom will be completely renovated at the beginning of 2019. It is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

The whole house is centrally heated. You can park on your own premises with two cars.

"De Specht" has the perfect location between the beach and the centre. Ideal for a relaxing holiday on the coast of Zeeland!

This cosy, detached holiday home is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the most beautiful beaches of Zeeland. The lively centre of Renesse with its terraces, shops and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk away

The quiet location in the small park Duinoord in a shady avenue between the pulsating centre of Renesse and the beach is simply perfect. Renesse is a popular holiday and excursion destination. The extensive area can be easily explored by bike or on foot.
