A beautiful luxury vacation apartment. Unfortunately, there is a much too small offer in this segment and I am really happy that there are owners who fill this niche. The apartment is on the ground floor with a great terrace overlooking the sea and the beach. In the main season, direct access to the sea would be desirable. Perhaps the owners can reach an agreement with the city to build a nicer fence with a gate and a path to the promenade? The Hotel Heiligendamm wants to prevent residents of the Pearl Necklace from walking through the hotel grounds to the beach, so the only way is through the Italian restaurant or the inconvenient path through the entire parking lot past the Lindenpalais. Especially the ground floor apartments would benefit from direct access in the summer.

We had never been in such a high-quality, tastefully and at the same time cozy furnished holiday apartment before. Everything was top-notch, beautiful bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Dream living room with a generous, top-equipped kitchen and a beautiful bay window with a large table and a direct view of the beautiful Baltic Sea. The terrace is perfect for sitting outside with a glass of wine or breakfast. Because the beach promenade is a bit further away from this villa, you also don't feel observed by passersby. High-quality, large-format black and white photographs from the immediate surroundings hang throughout the apartment. You immediately want to go in search of the individual motifs. Everything is very well-kept and clean. We had an incredibly beautiful, relaxing week with great weather right on the Baltic Sea, with beautiful days at the beach and dreamy sunsets. City trips to Rostock and Schwerin are quickly possible and very worthwhile. A nice idea of the landlords is the "take and give" bar with gin and other drinks and the option to contribute creatively to the future range of services. We enjoyed leaving our mark in the guest book and wish all future guests such a great time. Key handover and payment were uncomplicated and trustworthy. We felt very comfortable, relaxed great, and will definitely come back. That's why the detailed and very positive review of the holiday apartment and the stay.

To preface it: The apartment is a dream. We enjoyed the stylish and extremely tasteful ambiance for 6 days. We were particularly enthusiastic about the Miele kitchen, the large floor-level (rain) showers, and the gas fireplace. We enjoyed dinners on the beautiful terrace. The tasteful dinnerware and the beautiful wine glasses contributed to this. Even a champagne cooler and the accompanying ice cubes were available. Nothing was missing. The apartment is a work of art. We will be back.
