Welcome to our Küstentraum holiday home in the coastal resort of Neßmersiel on the East Frisian North Sea coast
The modernly furnished holiday home, with great attention to detail, is equipped for five people and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location
The fenced garden is perfect for cosy barbecue evenings and children playing.
In a few minutes' walk you can reach the local supermarket, bakery and children's playground.

Escape from everyday life in Neßmersiel, close to the beach. The whole family can relax here. Entertainment is also provided for rainy or colder days, as the indoor play park "Sturmfrei" with a wellness oasis is only a few minutes' walk away.

Tenants may cancel the contract in writing at any time before the start of the trip. The date of receipt of the written cancellation by the landlord is decisive. The cancellation costs are: 12 - 8 weeks before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price 8 - 4 weeks before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price 4 - 2 weeks before the start of the trip: 80% of the rental price 2 weeks before the start of the trip: 100% of the rental price In the event of a cancellation, we will of course endeavor to re-rent the holiday home. If the property is re-rented, we will refund the difference minus a processing fee of 10% of the rental price. The risk of non-arrival can be covered by travel cancellation insurance. Such insurance is not included in the rental price and must be arranged by the tenant at their own expense, if necessary.

Family vacation

We spent a week in this beautiful vacation home with 3 adults and 2 children. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. We especially liked the enclosed and private garden. The location is ideal for the playground and supermarket.
