In front of the brick outdoor grill fireplace, an ice-cold drink with the aroma of grilled food tastes especially good in the late afternoon. But now it’s time for wellness:
You can let your soul unwind in the outdoor whirlpool, heated to 37 degrees all year round. 45 hydro-massage jets provide comfort with 6 different seating and lounging areas in the pool. 10 multi-LED lamps (dimmable) inside the pool create a romantic atmosphere in the evening and at night.

While the exclusive gas fireplace spreads its cozy warmth, you can enjoy SKY or a home cinema experience on the large flatscreen SAT-TV with DVD recorder. Or how about a game night on the Wii console? The day comes to an end and you look forward to tomorrow ! ! !
The upstairs apartment over 2 levels includes its own terrace and the apartment is furnished with great attention to exclusive detail and offers plenty of space for wellness and relaxation. Enjoy the prime location only 120m from Lake Fleesensee (lake view). The stylishly furnished apartment features underfloor heating that can be controlled separately in each room, SKY, digital satellite TV with LCD Full HD, designer stereo system, a gas fireplace, as well as a luxurious designer sofa with ottoman inviting you to relax. A seating and dining area, open fitted kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, Bosch TASSIMO, ceramic hob with convection oven, make culinary delights a pleasure. One of the two daylight bathrooms is equipped with a Raindance wellness shower, the other bathroom with a bathtub. The three bedrooms are each additionally equipped with a large flat-screen TV.
For your safety, our holiday apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher.
Lockable storage facilities for golf equipment and bicycles are available. Private parking spaces directly at the house as well as garden furniture, a large sun umbrella, and a built-in outdoor grill on your own terrace with a garden area are included in the rental price. Bed linen, towels, and children's high chairs and beds can be booked additionally. Wi-Fi internet is available free of charge. We are a cooperation partner of the Golf and Country Club Fleesensee, which means special conditions for green fees.

By car, you can reach Göhren-Lebbin in only about 1 hour from Berlin and in about 2 hours from Hamburg. The Hanseatic city of Rostock is 65km away. The historic old towns of Waren, Malchow, Röbel and Plau am See are destinations by bike or car. In 2000, Göhren-Lebbin became the holiday resort "Land Fleesensee", Northern Europe's largest leisure and recreation area with offers for all ages. Furthermore, the town of Waren on Germany's largest inland lake, the Müritz, is a short distance away. You can reach the town by boat via the Fleesensee and Kölpinsee lakes, by bike (bike rental on site) or by car. The Müritz National Park, the Barlach town of Güstrow, the GDR Museum in Malchow, the Müritzeum in Waren (the largest freshwater aquarium in Germany) are also interesting destinations for excursions in good or bad weather. A marketplace with shops and restaurants, small shops, an organic farm shop, outlet stores, a launderette and an ATM are also available in the village of Göhren-Lebbin.

The floor is completely fitted with high-quality tiles.
All rooms are heated by underfloor heating (individually adjustable).
SKY TV and a DVD player with a large DVD selection provide multimedia entertainment in the living room in front of the exclusive gas fireplace. Our Wii game console along with captivating books and board games complete the offerings – even in bad weather. A hairdryer, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, hiking and cycling maps, and informational material are available.
Pets are welcome upon request.
Bedroom: Two excellent double box-spring beds with thick toppers ensure maximum sleeping comfort. For each double bed, 2 large pillows and duvets are provided as head pillows. Here too, you do not have to forego your usual sleeping comfort. The two single beds are also very comfortable – say our guests. We are happy to provide children's beds and high chairs free of charge.
Bathroom: Two large daylight bathrooms, toilet, designer washbasin, shower with raindance, bathtub, hairdryer and towel warmer; as in the entire apartment, underfloor heating is standard here as well.
An outdoor whirlpool heated to 37 degrees year-round ensures maximum relaxation. Our Physiotherm infrared cabin (unique at Fleesensee) is a great alternative to the sauna. The company Physiotherm equips the wellness areas of renowned wellness hotels.

Great location, great apartment, great price. Since we mostly travel to this region during the cold season, the apartment is perfect for us. Even if there were many neighbors, everything is fenced in, and you have peace and quiet. That's how it is in a holiday region. The pool, the sauna, the bed, the kitchen, the Wii - simply everything is outstanding! But the icing on the cake is the contact with the landlords! Otherwise, you mostly deal with administrators and shareholders. All in all, definitely recommendable and we will come back! The area is also great in winter and you can go for relaxing walks or even bike rides. Perfect for a young couple to unwind. Thanks to the Seifert family for this wonderful and lovingly furnished apartment with so much luxury without feeling arrogant or uncomfortable!

Paradise at Lake Fleesensee
12 wonderful days at Fleesensee in a holiday home that fully lives up to its name. Very well-maintained, tastefully decorated, with everything needed for happiness. The surroundings are scenic, the town is also very well-kept, and Fleesensee itself is truly charming at any time of the year.
We felt like in paradise. We will gladly come BACK!

Everything that the heart desires.
We (four people) spent six nights over New Year's in the beautiful Domizil Eden, in the ground floor apartment.
Contact:
The owners of the holiday home were very helpful even before arrival, quickly addressing all open questions and requests. Therefore, the contact and friendliness deserve full marks.
Accommodation:
The holiday home is divided into two apartments, both accessible through a main entrance, yet well separated. The apartment is divided into two bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a sauna. The living room also has access to the terrace, so combining it with the kitchen doesn't result in any issues with odors or anything similar - it can be well ventilated. One of the bedrooms has a large box spring bed, while the other bedroom has two small beds, which are more suitable for children in terms of comfort. Otherwise, the apartment is very nice and cozy furnished. Highlights are definitely the gas fireplace, the sauna in the hallway, the underfloor heating, and of course the outdoor hot tub, right outside the door. There is a WiFi connection available, but unfortunately, the connection is very poor, which should not be a big problem on vacation. Overall, four out of five points.
Location:
The house is located in a place with many different holiday homes. With the car, you can explore the beautiful area. Unfortunately, I was sick in bed myself, but my fellow travelers told me that there were good opportunities near the lakes to enjoy a coffee comfortably.
