Description
The cottage is located in the resort Les Jardins de la Clape in the town of Narbonne Plage, in a very quiet location and 200 m from the beach.
The house is 68 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 people. Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
On the ground floor is a modern kitchen, an American refrigerator with ice maker, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate living and dining room with sofa (additional sleeping accommodation), satellite TV with all German TV channels. A washer-dryer is available.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk bed (lower lying surface 1,40 m x 2,00 m, upper lying surface 0,90 m x 2,00 m) and 1 bedroom with double bed (1,40 m x 2,00 m) and balcony.
There are 2 terraces, the main terrace with barbecue grill faces south, the second terrace behind the house with passage to the park. Each terrace is equipped with a table group. 2 sun loungers are available.
A parking space is located directly in front of the house, other free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

Cozy, modern, very well-kept
The beach hut has everything that makes the vacation a pleasant experience: modern appliances, comfortable beds, everything in the kitchen in its place, direct access to the green strip for the morning walk. It takes 4 minutes to get to the beach.

Beautiful holiday home in a great location, absolutely recommended!
We had a great stay here. The house is very well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. We particularly enjoyed the cozy terrace and the quiet location, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as are restaurants, small shops, and the market. Ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy sun, sea, and French charm. The hostess is warm and helpful, the communication was uncomplicated and very friendly from the start. You can immediately tell that a lot of value is placed on the well-being of the guests.
We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. A real little paradise in Narbonne-Plage!

Perfect holiday home in Narbonne Plage – absolutely recommended!
We had a great stay in this super clean and well-equipped holiday home. Upon arrival, the private parking right in front of the house was very convincing – very practical, especially with a lot of luggage. The house offers two terraces (in front and behind the house), both with sun umbrellas – perfect for relaxing or for a cozy barbecue evening. The high-quality Weber gas grill was a real highlight! Inside, the house is modern and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, with new appliances and everything one desires for cooking. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, which was truly wonderful on hot days. There is ample storage space through many cabinets, and even a washing machine is available – ideal for longer stays. The bathroom is also new and in very well-maintained condition. The location is great: In just a few minutes, you can walk to the beach or to the center of Narbonne Plage with restaurants, bakeries, and small shops. Nevertheless, it is pleasantly quiet. Exactly the right mix of relaxation and proximity to the action. We would come back anytime – absolute recommendation!

A beautiful little house
A very beautiful cottage that we would recommend at any time. I would say it is exceptionally beautiful and well-furnished. Even the pots were chosen for their quality. Sharp knives! All these little things made the stay incredibly pleasant.
The location is almost perfect.
Only the bathroom, especially the grout in the shower, needs some improvement.
We struggled a bit with the lock, which occasionally frustrated us.
Although it was known that pets are allowed, I had hoped that there would be fewer dog hairs on the floor. I was surprised that these couldn't be removed while mopping. We arrived without a dog ourselves, so we would have appreciated fewer hairs.
The landlady is incredibly nice and uncomplicated.

Das Haus bietet gleich zwei Terrassen (vor und hinter dem Haus), beide mit Sonnenschirmen – perfekt zum Entspannen oder für ein gemütlichen Grillabend. Der hochwertige Weber-Gasgrill war ein echtes Highlight!
Innen ist das Haus modern und durchdacht eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, mit neuen Geräten und allem, was man sich zum Kochen wünscht. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, was an heißen Tagen wirklich traumhaft war. Es gibt ausreichend Stauraum durch viele Schränke und sogar eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung – ideal für längere Aufenthalte.
Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls neu und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.
Die Lage ist top: In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand oder im Zentrum von Narbonne Plage mit Restaurants, Bäckereien und kleinen Läden. Trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig. Genau die richtige Mischung aus Erholung und Nähe zum Geschehen.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!
Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso Restaurants, kleine Geschäfte und der Markt. Ideal für alle, die Sonne, Meer und französisches Flair genießen möchten.
Die Gastgeberin ist herzlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war von Anfang an unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gelegt wird.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein echtes kleines Paradies in Narbonne-Plage!
Die Kommunikation im Voraus war sehr angenehm. Frau Weyand hat sich extra Zeit am Telefon genommen um alle Fragen zu klären.
Die Lage ist wirklich toll, es ist nicht lange bis zum Strand und Hundestrand, gleichzeitig ist die Feirenwohnanlage sehr ruhig, man hört kaum etwas und hat seine Ruhe.
Die Sitzmöglichkeiten vorne und hinten am Haus sind super
Die Ausstattung ist top, es wird an alles gedacht und z.B. genug Geschirr da, damit man die Spülmaschine nicht halbvoll laufen lassen muss. Auch der Hocker, den wir gekauft hatten, damit unser Sohn ans Waschbecken kann, wurde übernommen und weilt jetzt vor Ort.
Kindgerechte Ausstattung haben wir sonst mitgebracht, das war vorher aber abgesprochen und kein Problem für uns.
Wir waren wirklich rundum zufrieden. :-)
Die Lage nahezu perfekt.
Lediglich das Bad insbesondere die Fugen in der Dusche haben eine Aufhübschung nötig.
Wir haben uns mit dem Schloss etwas schwer getan, das hat uns ab und zu Nerven gekostet.
Obwohl es bekannt war, dass Haustiere erlaubt sind, hatte ich gehofft, dass weniger Hundehaare auf dem Boden liegen. Habe mich gewundert, dass man diese nicht beim Wischen wegbekommen hat. Wir selbst sind ohne Hund angereist, wir hätten weniger Haare zu schätzen gewusst.
Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett und unkompliziert.
Die Küche ist ein Traum! Alles da was man braucht, um in Südfrankreich die leckere Gerichte zu kochen.
Das Haus war sehr sauber..
Die Gegend ruhig, nette Nachbarn.
Der Strand wenige Schritte entfernt.
Und die 2 Terrassen sind sehr angenehm (leider im Juni viele Stechmücken, Familie Weyand kann aber nichts dafür)
Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen, jedoch nicht für Senioren oder Familien mit Kleinkinder aufgrund der doch steile Treppe (unsere Empfindung).

Zwei besondere Highlights hat diese Haus jedoch, die es wirklich von anderen perfekten Häusern abhebt.
Das ist erstens die Vermieterin, die immer zeitnah reagierte und alles perfekt vorbereitet hatte. Ein großes Dankeschön !
Zweites sind es die beiden unterschiedlich ausgerichteten Terrassen. Die eine ruhig / geschützt und schattig mit Liegen und Grill und die andere Terrasse mit Sonne und auf der Zugangsseite des Hauses.
Zusammen mit dem nahen Strand und, das war allerdings Glück, mit dem perfekten Wetter hatten wir die perfekte Genusswoche in dem perfekten Haus.
