Description
The cottage is located in the resort Les Jardins de la Clape in the town of Narbonne Plage, in a very quiet location and 200 m from the beach.
The house is 68 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 people. Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
On the ground floor is a modern kitchen, an American refrigerator with ice maker, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate living and dining room with sofa (additional sleeping accommodation), satellite TV with all German TV channels. A washer-dryer is available.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk bed (lower lying surface 1,40 m x 2,00 m, upper lying surface 0,90 m x 2,00 m) and 1 bedroom with double bed (1,40 m x 2,00 m) and balcony.
There are 2 terraces, the main terrace with barbecue grill faces south, the second terrace behind the house with passage to the park. Each terrace is equipped with a table group. 2 sun loungers are available.
A parking space is located directly in front of the house, other free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.
Dogs are welcome.

Cozy, modern, very well-kept
The beach hut has everything that makes the vacation a pleasant experience: modern appliances, comfortable beds, everything in the kitchen in its place, direct access to the green strip for the morning walk. It takes 4 minutes to get to the beach.

Beautiful holiday home in a great location, absolutely recommended!
We had a great stay here. The house is very well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. We particularly enjoyed the cozy terrace and the quiet location, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as are restaurants, small shops, and the market. Ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy sun, sea, and French charm. The hostess is warm and helpful, the communication was uncomplicated and very friendly from the start. You can immediately tell that a lot of value is placed on the well-being of the guests.
We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. A real little paradise in Narbonne-Plage!

Perfect holiday home in Narbonne Plage – absolutely recommended!
We had a great stay in this super clean and well-equipped holiday home. Upon arrival, the private parking right in front of the house was very convincing – very practical, especially with a lot of luggage. The house offers two terraces (in front and behind the house), both with sun umbrellas – perfect for relaxing or for a cozy barbecue evening. The high-quality Weber gas grill was a real highlight! Inside, the house is modern and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, with new appliances and everything one desires for cooking. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, which was truly wonderful on hot days. There is ample storage space through many cabinets, and even a washing machine is available – ideal for longer stays. The bathroom is also new and in very well-maintained condition. The location is great: In just a few minutes, you can walk to the beach or to the center of Narbonne Plage with restaurants, bakeries, and small shops. Nevertheless, it is pleasantly quiet. Exactly the right mix of relaxation and proximity to the action. We would come back anytime – absolute recommendation!

A beautiful little house
A very beautiful cottage that we would recommend at any time. I would say it is exceptionally beautiful and well-furnished. Even the pots were chosen for their quality. Sharp knives! All these little things made the stay incredibly pleasant.
The location is almost perfect.
Only the bathroom, especially the grout in the shower, needs some improvement.
We struggled a bit with the lock, which occasionally frustrated us.
Although it was known that pets are allowed, I had hoped that there would be fewer dog hairs on the floor. I was surprised that these couldn't be removed while mopping. We arrived without a dog ourselves, so we would have appreciated fewer hairs.
The landlady is incredibly nice and uncomplicated.
