The Holiday home
The spacious, well-kept house extends over two floors and is one of the largest houses in the residential complex
The ground floor with kitchen, dining and living area is open and invites you to linger together. An air-conditioning system ensures a pleasant room climate.
The bright kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob (4 plates) and convection oven. The dining area is equipped with a very large table and chairs for 6 persons and a high chair for children. The living area is equipped with two large sofas and a 32" flat screen TV with satellite reception and DVD player. Furthermore a cabinet with books and board games, films on DVD and music CDs as well as a compact stereo system. A selection of travel guides and brochures of the local sights are available. On the ground floor there is a separate WC with washbasin. In the storeroom there is a washing machine, the dryer is in the garage
The three bedrooms are on the upper floor, which can be reached via a wide closed wooden staircase. One bedroom is with double bed (180x200cm) and mobile air conditioning and TV, one with two single beds (90x200cm) and TV, one with bunk bed for 2 children up to 12 years. There are built-in cupboards with sliding doors and freestanding chests of drawers as well as a baby travel cot. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and WC. A 200 litre hot water tank provides sufficient hot water. A radiator is installed in each room. All rooms are covered with floor tiles, each room has a window with wooden shutters for darkening.
In front of the garage directly at the house is a parking space. The south terrace in front of the house offers ample space for the available garden furniture for 6 persons and two large parasols. Behind the house there is another terrace which offers pleasant shade even in hot weather. There is also a brick garden grill and other garden furniture. A garden shower is available in summer. The rear terrace borders on a beautiful pedestrian avenue with trees and lawns. The avenue leads directly to a beautifully fenced children's playground with a pirate ship. There are also two boules courts with benches and oleander bushes.
Via a footpath, the shortest way is 3 minutes to the large sandy starnd at the Mediterranean Sea. By car you can park directly at the promenade.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in a quiet and well-kept holiday resort (Residence les jardins de la Clape) in Narbonne-Plage, only 250 metres from the beach.
Narbonne-Plage is picturesquely situated between the Mediterranean coast and the nature reserve of the "La Clape" mountain range. Already at the arrival the view from the height down to the colorful houses lying at the blue sea impresses. The wide beach invites with its fine white natural sand to the beach life. It is well suited for long walks and perfect for children because it falls very shallowly into the water. In summer the beach is guarded by guards, has a green/yellow/red flag and is mechanically cleaned in the early morning hours. The nearby mountain range of "La Clape" is ideal for hiking and mountain biking
In the village there is a baker, butcher, fishmonger and several supermarkets and several times a week there is a weekly market where fresh fruit/vegetables and among other things fresh oysters are offered. Numerous restaurants, ice cream parlours and bars invite you. There is also a pharmacy and tourist information.
In Gruissan, 6 kilometres away, there is a newly built Lidl and a large Intermarche.
