You will find our holiday home "Villa Lilia*****" in the middle of the Ruppin forest and lakes.
Rheinsberg is a state-approved health resort and recreation area.
Our holiday home gives you the perfect break from the stressful and fast-paced everyday life.
The holiday home is a completely new building (2022), equipped with a modern exclusive look.
The fenced 1,000 m² property, in a quiet location, is at the end of the Beckersmühle holiday and residential estate.
The surrounding area offers many opportunities for walking as well as cycling. An ideal place for nature lovers.
The many hiking trails, cycling and boating tours provide relaxation in the fresh air as well as a balance to everyday life.
The bathing area is only a few metres away from the holiday home.

The modernly furnished holiday home has a spacious, bright open-plan living and dining area with a large living landscape for relaxing.
A fireplace for the dull and cold months of the year spreads a pleasant / warming feel-good atmosphere. For the friends of television, a 65 inch flat screen TV with in-house Netflix hangs on the wall.

The adjoining open-plan kitchen-dining area with its lake view provides a lovely ambience for cosy rounds of games and meals. The freestanding cooking island invites you to cook together.
The fully equipped kitchen with Miele built-in kitchen appliances leaves nothing to be desired.

The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and wardrobes. Box spring beds are available.

Each room is lovingly and elegantly furnished and exudes a modern, inviting flair

Switching off is literally meant here: distant views even from the free-standing bathtub.
Furthermore, there is a floor-level, glazed Raindance shower, washstand with two sinks and 2 towel warmers.
On rainy or cold days, the glazed sauna provides warmth and relaxation.

A separate utility room is located next to the kitchen, equipped with a Miele washing machine and dryer.

Enjoy the pure air, the clear water and the unusual silence, which is only interrupted by natural sounds, such as the rustling of the woods or the call of the birds.
Early risers can enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the large terrace overlooking the Großer Zechliner See lake
The spacious terrace stretches the entire length of the holiday home and can be accessed via the master bedroom, the bathroom and the living-dining area. The large window fronts can be moved by sliding elements
The sun terrace is fully equipped and offers you the necessary peace and relaxation
A barbecue is available for cosy and harmonious evenings. Cool drinks with ice cubes from the side-by-side ice cube dispenser for balmy summer evenings round it off.

The holiday home is a non-smoking house and is perfectly suitable for 2-6 people
Additionally, the accommodation of a toddler/baby in a baby travel cot is given

Two children's bicycles are available for use in the outbuilding. The outbuilding can also be used individually to store your private bicycles or other souvenirs.

The driveway with the car directly to the house is available and offers a convenient, short access to the house. Two parking spaces are available directly at the house.

When booking the holiday home you will receive a booking confirmation
No deposit is required.
You will receive the invoice 6 weeks before arrival, which has to be paid 3 weeks before arrival
A deposit of 200,00 € will be charged. The deposit will be returned to an account to be named by you within one week after the end of the trip.
The key and the spa cards will be sent by post in good time before arrival.

The modern holiday home Villa Lilia*****, situated on the Großer Zechliner See lake, offers the perfect getaway for 6 people, in a quiet location, otherwise only water, forest and meadow. There are only a few houses in the holiday home settlement itself.

The nearest town is Rheinsberg and about 13 km away. In Rheinsberg you will find the historic "Schloss Rheinsberg" - museum with elegant furnishings and works of art from the 18th century in historic castle on the water.
Rheinsberg is a town in the district of Ostprignitz-Ruppin in Brandenburg, situated on the Rhin, a tributary of the Havel. The town centre with the districts of Kleinzerlang and Flecken Zechlin is a state-recognised health resort. Rheinsberg is one of the largest municipalities in Germany in terms of area.
The Rheinsberg chain of lakes is often called the "Pearl of the Mark Brandenburg" and is part of the "Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park". The Ruppiner Land begins at the gates of Berlin and extends in the north to the "Mecklenburg Lake District", the region with the most water Water network in the area, with its extensive system of rivers, canals and lakes, is unique in Europe and enables easy travel by water from Berlin to Schwerin.

Family reunion

Modern and high-quality bungalow, fully furnished, built in the latest year, with large sliding doors in all rooms leading to the garden. Spacious accommodations for 6 people + possibility of 2 additional sleeping places in the living room. 3 fully equipped bathrooms + guest WC. Sauna with direct access to the covered terrace. The garden is located above the Großer Zechliner See with a magnificent view of it. Short access to the lake is extremely steep, but can also be reached on foot easily. Absolute peace during our entire stay in this holiday home complex at the end of the road with a turnaround. The best choice ever made for a family or friends' gathering over 4 days. Nearby towns like Reinsberg or Neuruppin are 15 and 30 km away, surrounded by a quiet rural lake and forest area.

PERFECT!

This holiday home offers everything a vacationer could wish for!

Very clean, lovingly and tastefully furnished with high-quality appliances and furniture, it invites you to a relaxing holiday!

Due to the great, quiet location by the lake, very spacious inside and outside, this residence provides relaxation for the whole family. We were 4 adults and 2 children (2+9) and had more than enough space. Plenty of dishes, pots, and cutlery are available, so you can also enjoy cooking for yourself! Recommended are the numerous self-collected mushrooms from the surrounding forests!

The large sofa and the comfortable beds invited lounging.

Fly screens and shutters on all windows protect against small and large intruders.

2 children's bicycles are available; our granddaughter (9) managed well with them. Plenty of terrace furniture is also available.

In summary, I can only say: Perfect!

A heartfelt thank you to the landlords! We are very happy to come back to this great holiday home!

Relaxing short vacation in Villa Lilia

We spent 4 days in the great luxurious and fully equipped holiday home. The highlight is the bathtub with a view of the lake. On the terrace, you can completely relax and enjoy the peace. Lots of nature, cycling and hiking trails invite you to be outdoors. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful house in great location

Ground-level holiday apartment with a view over a lake - even from the bathtub! :)

I wasn't able to fully utilize the extensive kitchen equipment; the vacation was just too short at one week. Even baking molds were available. On a generously covered terrace, one could sit comfortably even in slightly wetter weather in November.

I have rarely seen a holiday home with such complete insect protection on all doors and windows. If I were to look for accommodation in the region again, this house would be my first choice.

Perfect dream house

We booked this wonderful ground-level holiday home once again and had a lovely, relaxing week just the two of us with our dog. This beautiful view of the lake upon waking up, the clean air, the tranquility, and just the birds chirping. Simply PERFECT. A nice little piece of earth. Remarkable was the extreme cleanliness of the house. Everything was very tidy and organized. We felt comfortable right away. Well-maintained, completely fenced garden. The numerous garden furniture was left as promised, and we were able to enjoy the sunny October weather. Very good, plentiful initial supplies. Thank you for the firewood and the fire starter. We had booked without a laundry package; nevertheless, there were small towels and bath mats in the bathrooms, as well as dish towels in the kitchen. That's how service is done!!! Thank you also for the changing welcome gifts. Since our first stay, more equipment, kitchen utensils, and decorative items have been acquired. Here, the focus really is on optimizing everything for the well-being of the guests. We have baked cakes and waffles, made ice cream, freshly squeezed orange juice, and cocktails (ice maker, shaker), among other things. Stable Wi-Fi for streaming is available. There are fly screens and exterior shutters everywhere. Tip: a bit further away by car, the Fischereihof in Canow has very good smoked fish, and in Klein Quassow, there's the soft ice cream truck. Bathing area at the small and large Zermitten Lake. Quick, uncomplicated booking, contactless key transfer, all questions are answered kindly and patiently. We will book again. Maybe next time the Forsthaus Leonard as well from the landlords.

Vacation at Villa Lilia

We spent a great and relaxing vacation in Villa Lilia with our dog, as a group of four. The house is perfect and has been furnished with a lot of love. There is "nothing" missing. The rooms radiate coziness, and the huge, well-equipped kitchen truly invites you to cook. We all really enjoyed the hours spent sitting peacefully on the terrace and looking at the lake. Great holiday home with lake view

The holiday home is located in a quiet area with stunning views of the Great Zechliner Lake. We traveled as a group of six, including 2 small children (3 years and 9 months). Thanks to the superb equipment in the house, we lacked nothing. Due to the nice weather, we visited the nearby beaches. The area is also great for cycling, where you can find hidden swimming spots. We relaxed very well, had the grandchildren with us, and enjoyed quality time together. We wish the Strauch family all the best and hope that many guests will be able to relax here very well. Generous idyll by the lake

We arrived over Easter with the grandparents and a small dog. The house awaited us as the photos suggested, spacious, bright, very clean, and comfortably furnished. Parking directly in front of the house. Check-in was convenient and problem-free. Communication with the landlord was clear and concise beforehand, and all necessary information was provided in writing in the house.
The house is situated directly on the water and offers a truly sensational view of the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped, but you can also walk 6 minutes to a small hotel for a meal.
The four of us adults comfortably accommodated in the 3 bedrooms. Great beds and comfortable mattresses ensured great nights.
It is very quiet there, at least at this time. Few boats on the water and a generally very peaceful environment overall.
Sauna with a view of the water, the dog can enjoy the garden. Stable Wi-Fi, huge TVs, all needs are met.
A car is essential for transportation. You can shop in the village, but those looking for more have Rheinsberg nearby.

Holiday with friends including geocaching tours

Very clean, beautifully located holiday home with a view of the lake. Excellent equipment, nothing was missing. The sauna was great for the cold and rainy season, and the fenced garden and partially covered terrace were perfect for the dog. There are shopping facilities with longer opening hours in Rheinsberg. The price-performance ratio is good and the communication was very good.

Arrive and feel at home!

Shortly after our arrival it was clear: we will come here again. The view of the lake, the large fenced-in property (we had a dog with us) and the furnishings of the house left nothing to be desired. There were six of us and we all agreed that we would have a great time. Nothing was missing, the beds were already made on arrival and there were enough towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more. There was soap in every bathroom, so we didn't have to bring that either. A big thank you to the landlord for letting us use this wonderful holiday home!

That's exactly what we felt, arrived and felt at home. A fantastically beautiful and very modern villa, furnished to a high standard down to the smallest detail. This is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and recharge your batteries. The villa is in a very well-kept and very clean condition. The furnishings left nothing to be desired.
The free-standing bathtub is amazing. A relaxing bath is also possible for two and with a view of the lake. What more could you want. Here you can feel that the guests' well-being comes first.
It was simply excellent.
For nature lovers the
perfect place. Sitting on the large terrace overlooking the lake, enjoying the morning sun, listening to the calls of the cranes and being enchanted by nature.
The entire process from booking to departure also went smoothly. Very friendly landlords.
We can recommend the villa with a clear conscience and we will definitely come back.

Very nice comfortable villa

A really beautiful villa with a fantastic view of the Großer Zechliner See. The furnishings and feel-good factor are top notch, and a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift is super. Two remarks belong to the truth, the location borders on a turning circle, car traffic and people walking or driving along, look directly into the kitchen and living area. The question would be until the hedges have grown to the height of a man, a man-high privacy screen and let it grow over with ivy or vines. The second point, across the road the start of a new house construction has begun, we were lucky the first few days, but by the end of the week from 08:00, the vibrator shook us awake. Otherwise a dream, would have liked to stay at least 3 more weeks.

Villa Lilia offered us everything and more that one could wish for. And the surroundings also offered every opportunity to relax and recharge our batteries.

Our photos of the holiday were so well received by friends and acquaintances that we "had to" share the link to Villa Lilia several times.

We would have loved to come back this year, but unfortunately this great place is almost fully booked.

Tip: Plan a meal at the Ratskeller Rheinsberg.

Thank you very much for the wonderful days we spent in your charming holiday home. We simply lacked nothing, we enjoyed every highlight of the house to the fullest! The comfortably furnished living room, the crackling fireplace and the insanely great view of the Great Zeschlin Lake make you marvel as soon as you wake up in the morning. The luxury bathroom with its huge bathtub, sauna and fascinating view invites you to relax. Also the kitchen equipment didn't let us get bored on a rainy day, whether baking cakes, waffles or making our own ice cream with the ice cream machine was a pleasure for us. Everything was top, very tasteful and lovingly furnished. We reserve the right to come back again as we were not able to enjoy the huge terrace and garden in February due to the weather ;)

Dream holiday in a 5 star house

It was a unique holiday here, in this wonderfully and lovingly furnished holiday home. From the first moment we felt at home and it was hard to stop being amazed. 5 stars holiday home

The holiday home is in a beautiful location, directly on the lake. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and is as described. The place is quite secluded, but therefore pure recreation and peace to relax. The two bathing places can be reached in a few minutes and are sufficient for refreshment. The communication with the landlord was excellent. For this, too, 5 stars. We felt comfortable all around. Pure relaxation! We will gladly come back and recommend the holiday home to others.

Very beautiful holiday

A brand new house, just finished this year. Nothing is missing, everything you need for your holiday is there. You notice that the house has been furnished with love. The proximity to the lake is fabulous
It was very hot at the time so it was also very warm in the house. We bought a fan and it was better.

Super great holiday home, first class equipment and very clean.

The only downside is that it is not so attractive for families with small children, there are not so many things to do or play with.
The holiday home is great for couples and friends.

Dreamlike holiday home

We were lucky to be the first tenants after completion. Everything is TOP TOP!
The interior is very high quality, luxurious, and stylish down to the smallest detail. Nevertheless, it is very cozy and lovingly designed.
