We were one week together with our dog in the very nicely furnished house with a great large - fully fenced - garden. The peace and the beautiful view straight down to the lake was fantastic! You feel immediately welcome as there was a greeting gift for both human and animal (the honey is super delicious). On my birthday, I even received a bouquet of flowers from the "good soul of the house," which made me very happy. We can wholeheartedly recommend the excursion/dining suggestions. We felt very comfortable.

Vacation with Dogs

We were here in August as a couple with 2 dogs. The holiday home surprised us – it has everything you need – and even much more. The location by water and forest is simply perfect. Small welcome gifts for dog and human – thank you very much. The support on-site was also very warm. The events in the beer garden of the neighboring hotel were sometimes a bit bothersome. Otherwise, a successful vacation – would love to return.

Vacation with Dog

The house and the garden are very beautiful and equipped with everything one could desire! The less than 1-minute walk to this beautiful, super clear lake is also convincing in its entirety. Mrs. Elm even stopped by on my mom's birthday and brought her flowers; that was really a lovely gesture. We just would have wished that the property was enclosed on at least one more side for more privacy or a cozier atmosphere. The whole vacation with everything included was really wonderful!

For your comfort

I can only recommend the accommodation.
We traveled with two families and arrived quite late. Nevertheless, the Elm family was reachable and was able to help us with small challenges over the phone immediately. A second parking space for the second car was also no problem. Since we were there with a dog and two small children, there was a small welcome gift for everyone. We have never experienced that before and were completely pleasantly surprised. Since the entire house was fenced, we could let our four-legged friend run free. The equipment for entertainment both inside the house and outside is great. There was something for everyone. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the swimming area. We have already booked for next year and are looking forward to the break. It's not even a 5-minute walk to the swimming area.

We, as a couple with a dog, spent a wonderful holiday here. The house has everything and more than one would expect in a vacation home. Decorated with attention to detail, practical, and very clean. Everything was thought of even upon arrival. Our four-legged companion also felt completely at ease, as he could move freely thanks to the fully enclosed garden. It's only a few steps to the lake, the water was very pleasant and of very good quality. We went swimming a lot, went canoeing (canoe available at the house), went hiking, searched for and found mushrooms ;-) and much more. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation at Seepromenade house, which we highly recommend and have already booked for next year.

Beautiful family week

We had a wonderful week with 5 adults and a dog, were able to relax well (very quiet), and make good use of and enjoy the leisure activities (hiking, walks, swimming, canoeing, etc.).
The house left almost nothing to be desired, and the fact that all windows and patio doors were equipped with fly screens was very good.
The equipment of the house is excellent, we didn't miss anything.
Everything was available for the garden as well.
The landlady was very accommodating (thanks for the welcome gifts (including for the dog) and the birthday bouquet).
All in all, we can only recommend it!!!!

Simply perfect

I don't even know where to start to rate this great vacation home. We have already stayed in several vacation apartments/houses. But none was so fully equipped as this one. Nothing was missing. It was the little things that made the stay perfect. Whether it was the blender or the casserole dish, whether it was the various spices or the bread slicer. Having a hairdryer in the bathroom or a sauna is also not a matter of course. The lovingly designed interior also impressed us.

The path to the lake was short and accessible by car - to launch our own boat. Even though it was only - we were there in May - a short visit in the water, the children had a lot of fun (and so did we, of course).

As described by the landlord, a fishing permit could be purchased nearby - delicious fish was also available there.

We had 6 wonderful days in the holiday home. A very beautiful area for cycling, hiking, geocaching, relaxing, and simply unwinding and letting your soul dangle.

On the last evening, we had a buffet dinner at the hotel opposite. Also worth a recommendation. With live music and a fire show, we had a nice last evening and delicious food.

Clear holiday recommendation for 2 families with 2 adults and 1 child (10 years old)! ! !

Top holiday home in idyllic location, close to the sandy beach

We (middle-aged couple with 2 dogs) spent a very nice week in this holiday home. The house has everything you would want in a well-equipped holiday home… Everything is in very good condition, almost new, very clean and well-maintained. The fenced garden and the location were optimal for us (at this time of year). We love nature and tranquility, which is why we prefer to travel outside of holidays and peak seasons. We did not have any problems with mosquitoes due to the time of year, but we can imagine that it might be different in summer. The hotel across the street offers really delicious buffet meals, but has very limited opening hours. We would definitely recommend the house for relaxation, hikers, or cyclists. The lake is very beautiful and there are many lakes in the surrounding area. We used the car daily for restaurant visits, shopping, bakery visits, and trips to the surrounding area. The contact with the friendly landlords was very nice and professional. We would love to come back.

Time off over New Year's Eve

As in May, we were able to spend a wonderful week here over New Year's. 3 generations and 3 dogs were warmly welcome. We enjoyed the time again very much and will definitely come back. A modern house with everything you need for a vacation. The sauna in winter is great and the contact with the Elm family, as was the case during our last stay, was warm and friendly.

Perfect for a timeout!

We were with 6 people + 1 dog for 6 nights in the house and we didn't miss anything. The house is exactly like in the pictures, has great equipment and everything is available that is needed for a nice and relaxing vacation.
The fenced property was really great for our dog and also optimal in size.
The lake in front of the door, as well as the forest, invite to beautiful walks.
Overall, we were all very satisfied and were able to enjoy the time.

Highly recommended!

We (2 adults and 2 dogs) spent a week in this accommodation at the beginning of September. It leaves nothing to be desired, including the fully equipped kitchen (nothing is missing and you don't have to constantly use the dishwasher), everything was spotless and lovingly decorated. We especially appreciated the fly screens on the windows. If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the perfect place. We would definitely recommend it.

great equipment

The Seepromenade house impresses with excellent amenities, especially in the kitchen with numerous kitchen utensils, containers, pots, spices, and last but not least, the modern coffee machine. We also greatly appreciated the storage space for bicycles in the garden shed.
The location by the lake is great for swimming and boating. The two adjacent houses are already very close, but this did not bother us as they were unoccupied during our stay.
Communication with the landlady and the local contact person was uncomplicated and reliable.
One might mention that you can "benefit" from the evening entertainment program of the hotel opposite if you have the corresponding taste in music. However, you cannot escape it if you stay in the garden.
All in all, a very nice vacation!

Highly recommended

We (4 adults) and two dogs spent a relaxing week here. The house is only about 50 m from the lake and is in absolutely immaculate condition. We have rarely seen a holiday home so well equipped. It is furnished with great attention to detail and very tastefully. Everything is functional and well thought out. There was simply nothing missing.

Everything was prepared for our reception in the house. Even bowls were ready for the dogs. The fenced property with garden is perfect when traveling with dogs, so they could also move freely and we could relax.

Thanks to the beautiful weather, we were able to use the terrace extensively. The most popular place to end the evening is the great bench at the edge of the property with a view of the lake.

The surrounding area is a paradise for long walks or hikes through forests and around lakes, where you can jump into the water at any time.

The communication with the host was simply perfect.

In short - an absolutely successful vacation.

We will definitely come back in the colder season to make full use of the sauna.

Absolutely recommendable

Thank you, this holiday home is fantastic. Located in a beautiful landscape, it has a garden where all dogs will feel comfortable. It is large but manageable, so you can keep an eye on your furry friend and it is also secure, unless it's a high jumper. The house is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday, including a sauna, which makes you feel at home. The lake is amazing and you can be in the water in just 1 minute.

In summary, we can say it was the most perfect vacation in every way. If you have your own "vehicle" (car, bicycle, or motorboat), the "Mecklenburg Lake District" offers a great number of excursion possibilities.

"Very nice accommodation"

We (2 adults) spent 4 days in the holiday home with our 2 dogs. The fenced garden is worth its weight in gold when traveling with dogs. The village is very calm and relaxing. The lake is just a stone's throw away, and there is a lot of forest around to take walks. We really liked it, everything we needed for daily life was available in the house. We felt completely comfortable because of the cleanliness of the house and the furnishings. Everything was very bright and stylishly decorated, especially with a lot of attention to detail. We 4 friends spent a wonderful short holiday in the house Seepromenade in Beckersmühle
the house convinced by a perfect equipment, which impressed us again and again.
The accommodation is furnished with a lot of commitment and attention to detail.
Due to the sunny weather we were able to use the terrace, everything perfect.
The surroundings impressed us very much , were among other things on the road by bike .The visit to Rheinsberg Castle was an experience.

Well-being holiday

The holiday was absolute relaxation for us. A paradise for hiking, through forests and around lakes

Perfect and very relaxing holiday

We spent 10 wonderful and relaxing days in the house Seepromenade in September. The journey was great and we found the house without any problems. Everything in the house was perfectly prepared for our reception. There were even bowls and treats for the dogs. The first thing we did was make a delicious coffee with milk using the machine and enjoyed the beautiful weather on the terrace. The water of the lake is so clear that you can see right to the bottom
The property was ideal for the dogs, as it was completely fenced in. For us (three adults), nothing was left to be desired. The bedrooms with very good beds, the bathrooms with a great shower and the large living area with integrated fully equipped kitchen. The days flew by. We will gladly come again.

Great holiday in a great house

We had a really great time in the house Seepromenade. Nothing was missing. We have rarely seen such a well-equipped holiday home. Everything was functional and well thought out.
The service provided by the hosts even before our holiday was impeccable. Every request was answered in the shortest possible time.
The area around Lake Zechlin is ideal for long walks or hikes or bicycle tours. Even in the great heat, it was pleasant to walk through the woods or just jump quickly into the water (not a 5-minute walk!). We took boat trips, drove our StandUp, cast our fishing line and just had a wonderful rest. Our dog was also thrilled, as he had a fenced garden to run free in and could observe a lot. In short, it was a holiday you will remember fondly and definitely want to come back to.

We had a very relaxing stay in your holiday home. The house offers high comfort. Everything needed is in very good condition. Our Dalmatian also enjoyed it very much, as he could move freely on the fenced property. He especially liked the front door with the glass insert, as it allowed him to observe everything. Senior vacation

Very well-kept property, perfectly clean accommodation. Very good, solid furnishings. All in all, I liked it very much. I enjoyed my vacation here for 5 days like I couldn't have wished for better. The weather was also just perfect. My dog, who is always with me, felt the same way. I ate twice at the hotel across the street, Guten Morgen. Very practical for me as a self-caterer. Expectations were fully surpassed.

I recently searched for a quiet retreat for work on short notice and found a friendly place here at HausSeepromenade.
First of all: my expectations were absolutely exceeded.
The house is only about 50m from the lake and is in excellent condition. There are two bedrooms, a large dining and living area with a top-notch kitchen (even with a fully automatic coffee machine). The small study on the ground floor was ideal for me. However, the highlight is the bathroom with sauna. There is a large garden that I might be able to use during a later visit in the summer. Those who seek peace and relaxation but do not want to retreat completely from "civilization" are in the right place here. P.S. There is a great restaurant just across the street.
