The flat on the 1st floor of a 4-family holiday home offers you a spacious living room, which is lovingly and invitingly furnished, a leather suite, satellite LCD TV, stereo system, a well-equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and many small electrical appliances. In the cosy dining area, even the little ones have their place (children's high chair). The bedroom with double bed and wardrobe invites you to rest and the children's room will please your children. It has 2 single beds, table and chairs, games and books. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet and washing machine.
All rooms are covered with vinyl laminate or tiles.
The small garden invites you to laze around or have a barbecue. Garden furniture and 1 handcart belong to the flat. All windows have electric shutters. A telephone and internet connection (W-Lan) are available free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located on a play street in a quiet holiday home settlement.
It is only approx. 1100 m to the beach, 250 m to the Haus des Gastes and approx. 500 m to the centre of the village. The state-approved North Sea resort of Carolinensiel is the only place on the North Sea with 3 harbours. The Old Harbour (1730) is located in the idyllic centre of the village. In its heyday, it was the second largest East Frisian sewer and trading port and was of great importance for shipping. Today it is an attractive museum harbour where many historic ships lie at anchor. The Sielhafenmuseum with its 3 houses completes the picture of the harbour. From here you can walk along the Harle via Friedrichsschleuse to the marina and seaport, or take an old paddle steamer to the North Sea. Here in the seaport you can make excursions to the seal banks and to the island of Wangerrooge.
A shallow beach awaits you in Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, just the thing for families with children.
In addition to the lido, Carolinensiel also has a seawater open-air swimming pool directly on the beach.
Only 250 m from our flat is the Haus des Gastes with its indoor saltwater pool, sauna, medical bathing department, wellness department, children's playhouse and spa garden, which attracts many guests.

Beautiful holiday apartment in a prime location
We spent a few beautiful days in this holiday apartment. The contact with the landlords and the on-site service were good! The apartment is well suited for families. In addition to the children's room, there is a cot and lots of toys for the little ones. We will come back....

There is nothing missing in the apartment. It is well-equipped, and even during rainy weather, there is a large game collection to pass the time. The children's room is also equipped with all kinds of toys! The location is great too. You can easily walk to the beach or the city with harbor and shopping options. The swimming pool is just around the corner. The only negative is the "play street" where the apartment is located. It was more like a highway with a speed limit of 80, making it impossible for children to play on the street.
But apart from that, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the vacation!

Everything was perfect, we would love to come back!
The holiday apartment is modern and comfortably furnished. We lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable.
The beach and town center are within walking distance. We especially enjoyed walks along the nearby Harle.
The nice property manager welcomed us warmly. We will gladly come back!
