Description
Are you looking for a modern and lovingly furnished holiday home on the North Sea, in the beautiful state-recognised North Sea spa Norden-Norddeich ? Would you like to spend an unforgettable holiday as a couple, with your family or friends ?
We welcome you to Haus Nordtied, your bright and light-flooded holiday home for up to 6 people on approx. 78 sqm over 2 1/2 floors.
The mid-terrace house, which is located in a well-kept, quiet residential area, was partly equipped with new floors, a new modern kitchen and high-quality furniture in 2020.
You will immediately feel at home in the spacious living and dining area with its invitingly cosy corner sofa and a comfortable wing chair
TV, games, DVDs and books provide entertainment in the evenings
The dining table can be enlarged with one or two additional tops for more space. Here you can comfortably have breakfast and play board games together. A high chair for children is available.
The new kitchen invites you to cook together with its comprehensive equipment such as induction cooker, refrigerator, freezer, oven and microwave. A dishwasher is available for the unloved washing up. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand mixer, hand blender, smoothie blender, waffle iron as well as sufficient pots, pans, dishes, cutlery/children's cutlery and glasses for various drinks are available.
The guest toilet with hand basin is right next to the front door. There is also a cloakroom in the hallway.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom.
The double bed (2.00 m x 0.90 m) is equipped with high-quality mattresses. In the spacious sliding-door wardrobe and in the chest of drawers you have enough space for your holiday wardrobe.
In the second bedroom, also equipped with a high-quality mattress, there is a king-size bed (2.00 m x 1.40 m), a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. There are two bedside tables with lights by each bed.
In the bathroom you will find a large washbasin, WC, shower, hairdryer, laundry bag, magnifying mirror and a washing machine and dryer for free use.
In the attic, children have their own kingdom! Two single beds (2.00 m x 0.80 m) with a bedside table and light as well as a large shelf for laundry, a small chest of drawers and a children's table with two chairs are available in this room. A wooden train, building blocks, painting materials, games, children's books and children's DVDs are also waiting for the little guests.
All bedroom windows are equipped with thermal blinds.
The house has Wi-Fi, so that home office and digital holiday planning are possible. You can use it free of charge during your entire stay.
The terrace, accessible via the patio door in the living/dining room, has garden furniture with seat cushions, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue
In the storage room you will find a table grill, cleaning equipment as well as a clothes horse, ironing board and iron
There is a private parking space in front of the house.
The holiday home is rented out as a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed.
A linen package consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked on request.

The holiday home is located in a preferred, well-kept residential area of Norden
The bread rolls for the morning breakfast table can be purchased fresh from the bakery 700 m away by bicycle.
The historic old town of Norden is within walking distance, as is the sandy beach in Norddeich by bike. In the town centre, cosy cafés and ice cream parlours, numerous fancy boutiques, restaurants of various nationalities, bistros, drugstores and bookshops await you.
The weekly market, held twice a week, is worth a stroll just for a fish sandwich. Here you can get fresh baked goods, fruit and vegetables, meat and sausage, flowers and haberdashery.
There are also numerous grocery shops for your daily needs.
You can explore the villages and the Wadden Sea region by bike behind the dikes on the well-developed network of cycle paths.
Ride to Greetsiel, the historic fishing village with the famous twin mills and the tranquil harbour basin.
Hop on a paddle or pedal boat and change your perspective on the beautiful landscape.
The Frisia ferry allows you to take a day trip to the islands of Norderney and Juist
An attraction for young and old is certainly a ride on the museum railway "Küstenbahn Ostfriesland" as well as a visit to the seal station in the National Park House. Here you can watch howlers being fed and learn a lot about their natural habitat.
If the weather doesn't invite you to linger on the beach, visit the East Frisian Tea Museum in Norden and learn about East Frisian tea culture.
Spend some active time in the Ocean Wave adventure wave pool or some quiet, relaxing hours in the sauna.

Holiday apartment Nordtied in Norden
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home Nordtied. The apartment is very clean and nothing was missing. The landlady is very friendly and we would also like to spend our vacation in the apartment again.

Nice short break
We found this beautiful house at short notice. The contact with the landlady was great. Very friendly. We felt comfortable in the house and nothing was missing. In the village, there are all the necessary shops. It only takes about 10 minutes by car to get to Norddeich. We will definitely come back.

Great vacation rental
The house is super beautifully furnished, everything you need is there. It is clean and modern. The beds are comfortable. It is located in a quiet area yet you are quickly in the city center. The landlady is super nice and everything went smoothly. We would love to come back and can only recommend it.
