This villa is currently being renovated, electricity new, kitchen new, bathrooms new, furnishings
new, paint house inside and outside and is for rent from 14.05.2022

In Denia, the gateway to the Costa Blanca, Villa Brima is located in the district of Marquesa 6 with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the coastline.
We offer a detached house with about 110sqm living area and a plot size of 850sqm, 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen with sea views. On the property a shaded carport with electric gate. From there, a few steps lead to a wind-protected and sunny winter terrace. In one corner of the winter terrace is a small outdoor kitchen with gas grill plate.
In front of the house entrance is a spacious winter garden. Through a small anteroom you enter directly into the living room with 2 comfortable sofas, a modern TV - set with German SAT TV and a fireplace. In front of the living room the glazed dining area.
Both bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, the second bedroom with 2 beds each 90 x 190 cm. In the double bedroom there is an additional TV - set with German SAT TV. Right next to each bedroom a bathroom with ground-level shower, toilet, double sink, one with urinal, one with bidet. In February 2022 a new modern kitchen was installed with every comfort. Ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, central kitchen unit with 2 seats and a wine cooler.
The kitchen has direct access to the terrace in front with sea view. From the living level, a few steps lead to the pool terrace with a kidney-shaped pool of 8.00 x 4.00 meters. On the terrace, which is not visible from the outside, there is a small pool bar as well as a hot and cold outdoor shower and a separate toilet.
Below the pool level is a garden with Mediterranean plants and various seating options.
