Everything very nice... Great view! Small details: glasses a bit "mixed up," information about the apartment, trash, bathhouse, etc. could be expanded. Roller blind in the attic bedroom at the window to the church would be great.

This apartment is a dream. I have already booked it again for January. Our friends were also very enthusiastic. We have been to Kühlungsborn several times, but we have never stayed in such a beautiful place. There was one small disadvantage, the lower shower was missing the drain trap, and a note about a large bed sheet for the lower bed would be good. However, these little things did not affect our vacation, as you helped us out with the bed sheet. I am very much looking forward to our next visit with you. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything is furnished to the latest standard, very nice decor, and dreamy views. The bedrooms are top-notch [&] the living area really invites you to stay. We were very enthusiastic. The apartment was topped off with an internal swimming [&] sauna area. There is one note regarding this. The outdoor area on the roof could be more inviting, e.g., chairs and loungers for the bathers. In the apartment, a larger coffee machine or even better, a fully automatic machine would be worthwhile. We were 6 adults and the machine only makes a few cups. But that’s peanuts. It was super nice and we would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful time in Kühlungsborn. The weather was great. The place itself is absolutely recommended. And the apartment was perfect for us. The kids had their room, everyone had their bed, and it could be completely darkened. The kitchen and living area are separated by a door to the hallway.

We have now stayed at Villa Hanse at least 5 or 6 times (each time in a different apartment), and apartment 320 is really top-notch. It comfortably accommodates 6 people. The amenities are very good, from a milk frother to a Nespresso (or regular) coffee machine, everything is available. The dining table can even seat up to 8, possibly 9 people. Highly recommended. The only downside: you have to haul yourself all the way to the top. But still very recommended.

The apartment is tastefully furnished, very clean, and has all kitchen utensils (toaster, Nespresso machine, regular coffee maker, microwave, etc.) available. The showers are clean and good, and we slept excellently in the beds. The swimming pool is very small, but sufficient for children. The short distances to the sea, the pedestrian zone with many shops and restaurants, the baker, and the supermarket could not be better. We felt very comfortable. So everything is perfect and highly recommended.

The welcome at the Meer Fun office was very nice and fun! We really liked this apartment. It is beautifully furnished and very clean! The apartment is centrally located in Kübo Ost, and the pier can be reached in just a few steps! The kitchen is equipped with all sorts of things, e.g., teapot, coffee capsule machine, coffee maker, baking dish, blender. We have had several vacation apartments in Kübo, but this is the first one we have already booked for a second time for our next visit.

We were on site for 10 days and really enjoyed the time. Upon arrival, we received the key for the apartment much earlier than expected since we arrived much earlier. The apartment is great, very clean, and the kitchen had everything one needs. The rooms are very nice, and the underground parking space is simply fantastic! The location to the beach is magnificent, and there is also a sea view from the balcony. And one "falls" out of the house and is directly in the village, it couldn't be better. We were absolutely satisfied and thrilled, which is why we booked an apartment in Villa Hanse again for next year! ! ! !

The location of the vacation apartment was great, the promenade and shopping area with bakery and restaurants were quickly accessible by foot. The furnishings left nothing to be desired, there was even a milk frother. However, the cleanliness in the apartment left much to be desired; unfortunately, there were black hairs found on the pillows and chairs. The floor in the bathroom could have also been cleaned better. All in all, I would recommend the apartment, but the cleanliness definitely needs to be improved.

For many years we have used Villa Hanse, depending on the situation, different apartments. It is always very nice, the location is great! After the many renovations, most of the apartments are of course even better. In apartment 320 there are now two bathrooms... great!!!!! A big thank you to the owners at this point!!!
