The apartment was really very nice, large, and cozy; you could sleep well in the beds, and the view was also very nice. All in all, we were very, very satisfied. However, I deducted 2 points for the amenities because I missed one very, very important thing, namely child safety covers in the sockets! So many sockets and all at floor level without protection were not so nice. But otherwise, it was good; we will come back.

A very nice holiday apartment. Above all, the location is great and the pool is a real highlight for families with children. The apartment is in very good condition, only the sofa is a bit worn out.

Everything was great, however, I found the €65 for the final cleaning very high, especially since we only had two overnight stays and left the apartment clean. I would wish for a more flexible handling in this regard.

Great apartment, except for one thing there is nothing to criticize. The lighting is (like in many apartments) focused on absolute frugality. This detracts from the enjoyment of the otherwise top-notch apartment!

The apartment is centrally located, tastefully furnished, and very spacious. We also liked the balconies - one with a view towards the Baltic Sea and one to the courtyard, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. A small downside was the relatively low water pressure in the shower.

The Villa Hanse offers beautifully furnished, cozy vacation apartments in a prime location. Here, you can also spend a relaxing holiday with the family. Apartment 310 features two cozy bedrooms and a living room with an open kitchen area. On the three (!) balconies, you will always find a sunny or shady spot to relax. In sight of the beach, you can reach all the facilities needed for a relaxing vacation in Kühlungsborn on foot: stylish restaurants, shopping options, bakeries, and the bathing beach. The in-house swimming pool and sauna are charming. Here you can also take a bath when the weather is unsuitable for the Baltic beach.

Already at check-in, you felt on vacation. The staff is very accommodating and extremely friendly. The apartment is very comfortable. Two balconies, so you can always have sun, or for those who don’t want it, none at all. A small third balcony for the drying rack. A big plus is also the small swimming pool as well as the sauna. Everything is accessible by foot. Underground parking space. But if the space doesn’t work out, there is a parking garage a 5-minute walk away that can also be used for a longer duration.

Very nice apartment, good amenities. The location to the Baltic Sea is very good, however, you can hear traffic from the street starting at 6:00 in the morning. It was manageable with the windows closed.

The apartment is very well equipped, located excellently, and nothing is missing. Since a duplex garage belongs to the apartment, the car must not be higher than 1.50 m. This must be taken into account when booking the apartment; otherwise, you will end up in the €30/day parking garage.

The apartment is very nicely furnished, close to the beach, and offers everything one desires on vacation: coziness! It's a pity that the underground parking space is only suitable for cars up to 1.50 m.

Unfortunately, the apartment faces a side street, where trucks are parked early in the morning to deliver to the shops. Therefore, it is quite loud at times. However, the location of the apartment is great. Right by the pedestrian zone leading to the pier and the shopping street.

Very tastefully furnished apartment - with everything one needs. The washing machine/dryer in the neighboring house was not so heavily frequented, so there were almost no waiting times.
