The apartment is very nice, the location is also very beautiful, and the view from the bedroom to the harbor is great, simple furnishings. The shower is not up to date and should be renewed, but we still felt very comfortable. Except for the evening noise that occurred between 9:00 - 9:30 PM for 10 - 20 minutes (could be coming from the pool area).

The only small point of criticism would be the shower cubicle. The base there is rusted. The service staff were friendly and helpful. (up to the maintenance technician!!!) The apartment is simply ideal for 2 people. There is no kitchenette, but it is sufficient if you don't want to cook larger dishes yourself. A second guest toilet is ideal. The view from the bedroom of the sea is particularly nice. The apartment is very centrally located. If the weather is not so good, you can use the swimming pool and sauna.

The apartment fully met our expectations according to the internet description and pictures. The location, almost directly at the landing stage, harbor, and promenade, as well as the main shopping street, offers all possibilities for feeling comfortable. The transport of the suitcases with the travel luggage to the apartment located on the 3rd floor is tedious without an elevator.

Clean apartment with additional WC. Everything available, kitchen well equipped. Baltic Sea, Edeka, restaurants reachable in a few minutes, very central yet quiet. Would gladly return.

The apartment is really great. You have a view of the Baltic Sea. Normally, the apartment is perfect for 2 people. But the kitchenette definitely needs to be enlarged. Absolutely no counter space. The sofa has to go. Totally uncomfortable, and the bed too. The 2 bathrooms need to be renovated or converted into one large one. Then the apartment would be really nice. The decor was also great.

The location of the holiday apartment is perfect. You can reach the pier in 3 minutes, where there are plenty of benches to enjoy the sea air. You can also get to the town just as quickly, where you can find everything: shops, eateries, and Baltic Sea charm. A true oasis of well-being.

The apartment is very cozy and nice. Cooking is not really possible because there is no storage space for food, nor any place to cook or prepare anything. There is no freezer compartment in the refrigerator. I find this unfavorable for longer stays. The bedroom cannot be darkened, so it is bright as day by half past five in the morning. I find that quite a pity, as one would like to sleep a bit longer on vacation.

Great central location and quiet on the 3rd floor, 2 balconies very pleasant, furnishings simple and somewhat outdated, mini kitchen area unfortunately without any counter space or work surface, for 4 people the apartment's amenities would be too sparse. The Wi-Fi is shared by all holiday apartments in the large building and is therefore often slow or overloaded in terms of performance.

The apartment is excellent for two people. With children or in general as a group of four, it would be a bit cramped. The kitchenette is a bit too small for cooking. There is no counter space, not even next to the sink.

Beautiful apartment, but actually only suitable for 2-3 people. There is a lack of storage options in the kitchen. Great view of the water from the bedroom balcony. For your information: If you order bed linen, the beds are unfortunately not made upon arrival. You will receive a normal bed sheet (not a fitted sheet). Bicycles can be parked outside in the courtyard behind the bathhouse. Unsecured Wi-Fi is only available in the living room or on the balcony facing the courtyard.

The apartment 325 is quite okay by itself. A small cozy apartment. You can tell that some renovations have been made in places (e.g., painted walls...). Nevertheless, it is a bit cramped for 4 people. The mattress of the couch is very uneven due to its construction, the dining table is rather small, and on the balconies, a maximum of three people can sit. There is no space in the kitchen to store personal items like groceries. The amount of cutlery for 4 people is also quite limited. One must wash every day to have enough clean breakfast equipment available. As for the location: of course, it's great. Right next to the promenade and only 100 m to the beach. However, one must also realize that it is therefore rather noisy. The street runs directly past the bedroom. Presumably, it is only very busy during peak season, but if you know that, it's not so bad. Unfortunately, we had a few downsides (So far, there have been a few issues in the room according to). Technician's statement: WLAN has never worked, so this room cannot be offered with it. But they seem to be working on the technical expansion. Future generations may possibly benefit. One can tell that the sea FUN team is dedicated, but noticeably has little leverage against the owners/management. That's a pity. The organization and communication are usually well-structured, and you always get feedback.

The location of Villa Hanse near the beach and everything around it is perfect! The town of Kühlungsborn also offers many interesting things. We will definitely come back! Thank you.
