So I can only recommend the vacation apartment. Nice and spacious / great location and super equipped. Everything was really thought of. We were there with an infant, and accordingly, the swimming pool was also convenient. A small drawback was the parking. Unfortunately, our car was a bit too high for the parking space, but there is a parking garage right nearby. We would love to come back.

We were guests as a family of four. The Villa Hanse is located in a top location, everything is within walking distance. The apartment with guest WC is tastefully furnished and has blackout curtains and very comfortable beds. In winter, you can see the Baltic Sea from both balconies and the dining area. We also liked the bathing house very much. In short: great vacation and we will definitely come back!

The apartment is completely sufficient for 4 people, also due to the nice bathroom with shower and extra guest toilets. The furnishings are completely okay; everything you need can be found. The apartment was clean and tidy, very nicely laid out, equipped with 2 balconies, we found it very nice. A small flaw can be said about the location; although the apartment is ideally situated, it is slightly affected early in the morning by delivery vehicles with running engines and the 100 m cobblestone before the roundabout. However, these are things that cannot be influenced by the vacation rental and will surely be perceived differently by guests. There were four of us, and only two people noticed the vehicle traffic.

The vacation apartment has great amenities, nothing is missing. TV in every room, guest toilet, comfortable couch, top kitchen, two balconies. The location is excellent, it couldn't be more central. An outdoor parking space for a tall car was not a problem. We were completely satisfied and felt very comfortable.

The accommodation was great. Two bathrooms were perfect. However, the smaller bathroom lacks a shelf to place something. The beds were very comfortable. The requested baby cot was already set up and the high chair was at the table. The kitchenware was plentiful, only the coffee machine was not working, but that was to be taken care of. The room is well insulated from noise. Even the church bells from next door were only very faintly heard. Directly in front of the hotel is the Bäder Express bus stop. So perfect for a tour. Underground parking available. Unfortunately, it has a lift and is very unusual, as it is the lower of the two. All in all, it was a very nice vacation.

The apartment is great, the beds are excellent, the location is outstanding, we will only want to rent this apartment on our next visit to Kühlungsborn. The only thing we have to criticize is that the drain at the sink in the bathroom was/is clogged and that there is no ventilation slot at the bathroom door, because when the fan runs for a long time and the door is closed, a vacuum is created.

Kühlungsborn is always worth a trip. The Villa Hanse is beautifully central, has very well-designed vacation apartments, especially suitable for families. We had apartment 304. The amenities were very good. Great beds, a really good sofa bed in the living room, a large kitchen with everything you need, a large television in all rooms, a bathroom with a large shower and a guest toilet, two balconies with a little sea view. A large playground right outside the door, top. The dining table in the living room is a disaster. Not because you can't sit there, but because the glass top is dull and uncomfortable, always looking dirty! Cleanliness at move-in was okay. The villa has a bathhouse with a pool and two saunas. Unfortunately, only one of them was in operation, but we were in the off-season, so it didn't bother us. I was more bothered that the two whirlpool tubs didn't work, what a shame. Opening hours until 10 PM are great. Cleanliness, well, could be improved. The house has no elevator; if you live higher up, it can become very exhausting. What really bothered me is the parking there. Even though it is clearly pointed out in the description. Something needs to change. The parking garage was not usable for vehicles over 1.50 meters in height. And outside, it was not possible. Stress was pre-programmed. Thanks to a very nice caretaker, I was lucky.

We had a very nice vacation in Kühlungborn. A booking was possible on short notice and very quickly. The apartment was clean, very well furnished, modern, and bright. Great location at the pier; we had a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea at times!!!! We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back whenever possible. It was a very beautiful, fully modern-equipped apartment in a central location in Kühlungsborn-East. The location of our apartment faced the street, so in the morning, traffic noise could be heard with the window open. We found it very pleasant that sauna and pool usage were included. We would come back again and again.
