Our apartment had the perfect location. Right by the sea. Beautifully and lovingly furnished, with everything you need for a vacation, along with a dreamlike view of the Baltic Sea. The bakery is across the street, and a great Italian restaurant with excellent pizza is just 150 meters away on foot. You can drive your car into the underground garage and don't need it in the meantime. Bicycle rental and Molli as well as a Lidl are in the immediate vicinity. It was our second vacation in the apartment.

We felt very comfortable in the tastefully and cozily furnished apartment, the amenities are complete, nothing was missing. The absolute highlight is the beach proximity and the great view of the sea.

The apartment pleased us well. It is small but nice. One has a good side view of the Baltic Sea. The cleanliness is still in need of improvement. Additional curtains for privacy would be good (the existing ones only darken) and a description for the television. The team from Meerfun was always very friendly, competent, and helpful. I booked this trip for my parents for their 40th wedding anniversary, as I am a regular guest in Kühlungsborn and my parents have NEVER been there. They have been incredibly enthusiastic about the place, the apartment, and the people, as they told me that they definitely want to go back there next year. Ideally, for 1 - 2 weeks :) The staff at Meer Fun was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, as expected. The service in advance, the communication, since I didn't travel myself, was first-class!!! My parents felt comfortable right away, even though they had been stuck in traffic and thought they wouldn't make it in time for the key collection. Our dog also felt very comfortable in the apartment; in general, you can have a good vacation with a dog in Kühlungsborn, as they are welcome almost everywhere like nowhere else. For me, Kühlungsborn is like "coming home," and I will come back anyway, but then also with my parents and the dog ;)

In January 2018, I spent wonderful days in the house "Meeresblick." Kühlungsborn West and the house "Meeresblick" are always worth a trip. Apartment 218 was very well equipped, and the balcony with a side sea view is also rated "Very Good." Furthermore, I rate the proximity to the beach and the well-kept restaurants and cafés nearby as "Very Good." The price/performance ratio corresponded to the level. Best regards, Brigitte Jäh

The House Sea View is very clean and comfortable in all public areas. The location directly on the seaside promenade is a dream! Apartment 218 is excellent for 2 people. We felt very comfortable there. The view from the balcony to the side of the sea is nice and the sun is present in the west until early evening. The clean apartment is richly decorated - we are not used to this from other vacation rentals, but it didn't bother us either. The equipment is good - nice dishes, good radio, flat TV, Wi-Fi, shelves for sandy shoes... a lot has been considered. The high-quality and expensive Tempur mattress in the bedroom takes some getting used to. My husband is healthy - I have had surgery on my disc... unfortunately, neither of us could lie well on it. The bedroom wardrobe is half used as a storage space for cleaning supplies - thus, there is only one side of the wardrobe for hanging clothes and pants. That was just enough for me - my husband had to hang his clothes in the cloakroom. However, there is still a large dresser with spacious drawers. At night, it is very quiet throughout the house - one cannot believe that there are 140 apartments in it. We really had a nice week by the lake!

For the third time in the apartment: The apartment impresses with its location, the view, the practical furnishings, and the ambiance. For us, the presence of a pad coffee machine is always important! Always clean and tidy! The Wi-Fi really doesn't deserve the name; it's only sometimes available and when it is, the signal is very weak! Also note that the associated underground parking space does not fit every car! BUT overall, a really good apartment for 2 people (and 1 dog)! PS: Dog - dog beach approx. 10 minutes walk away, Entrance 26

Central location with a bakery around the corner and shopping facilities nearby. And the good thing is - the dog is also well taken care of.

The apartment is cozy and well-equipped. The view of the Baltic Sea is immediate when you go outside and from the balcony. Simply wonderful! There are many options for shopping and dining, and a beautiful beach just around the corner. Even in March, it was a very nice vacation for us. We were out daily with our bikes, but you can also rent some.

A major advantage of the apartment is its location, directly on the beach-west, promenade, and shopping options. Very pleasant in February was the communal interior of the house with its atrium. Elevators facilitate access to the apartments. Waste disposal, etc., is centrally located on the basement level and easily accessible. The apartment itself was well furnished, which applies to both the furniture and the accessories. The practical welcome gift is particularly well-received, making the first days more comfortable and easier. Personally, it was a positive aspect for us that there was a Senseo coffee pad machine available, although knowing about its existence before arrival would have been interesting. Very positive was the information during the journey that the apartment could be accessed as early as 12:00 PM! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
