As always, we were very satisfied with the booking, mediation, etc... the holiday apartment was very nice, but for elderly people, it was somewhat difficult in the bathroom and toilet.. (toilet very low, shower entry very high) but in general very nice!!!! We will come back!!!!! Waltraud and Birgit

There is no criticism, the friendliness in the office was good, location by the sea, overall impression of the place. I only have a few suggestions regarding the apartment. Bathroom, new toilet brush, squeegee for the shower. Kitchen, teapot, strainer. Living room, decoration in the room next to the kitchen table and in front of the window takes up living space and is a dust collector (matter of taste).

We had a beautiful apartment and could look directly at the sea from the balcony. Actually, we felt very comfortable during the 2 weeks. A bakery was directly across the street or right in the building. Unfortunately, at the beginning, children used the interior or hallway to play, sometimes until around 11 PM. That was often quite loud, especially when you wanted to rest a bit in the afternoon. But otherwise, there is nothing to complain about. It was a lovely vacation.

I have been going to Kühlungsborn with my family for several years. It is always a very nice and relaxing vacation, no matter what weather we had. We have already had several holiday apartments in the Meeresblick house, and each apartment was always in very good condition, very nicely furnished, and nothing was missing that one needs for a nice vacation. You can't have a better location, as you are directly on the beach, with many restaurants, and a lot is offered for children in the summer. All in all, you can let your soul dangle there from the very first second. I wish everyone a nice holiday in Kühlungsborn.

We were in the holiday apartment for five nights from the end of October to the beginning of November. The apartment has everything needed for a perfect vacation. Sufficient space for four people, although the pull-out part of the couch is quite small. Otherwise, great place and super holiday apartment.

We had a really nice vacation, the location is really great, we know the house from other rental agencies. Everyone was super friendly and we were excited that we got our key before 4 PM, so we could already use the parking space in the underground garage.

We have been using the apartment for several years at Easter. The furnishings and proximity to the sea are perfect. It is very good that an oven is now part of the amenities.

The location of the apartment is perfect, the furnishings are good, and everything necessary was available. Especially great was the bakery right next door and the supermarket around the corner.

A normally equipped vacation home with everything one needs, the bedroom is a bit small, and the rubber covers on the pillows and mattress take some getting used to. The view is very nice. The entire apartment complex 'Sea View' is thoughtfully built and arranged from the garage to the bicycle room. Unfortunately, there is no sauna available as stated on the internet????

Not very customer-friendly: The beds must be made by oneself, which is very cumbersome for us older individuals, especially since the final cleaning and the booking price of €100.00 are not exactly cheap.

The location of the vacation apartment was great, as was the equipment. The bedroom facing the atrium was a bit unusual. But if you leave the door open and the balcony, you have fresh air for sleeping. At night, it was completely quiet. The promenade is worth seeing and diverse. The view from the entrance steps is wonderful. So, the house Meeresblick is definitely recommended.

This apartment has a great location. Side view from the balcony to the Baltic Sea. Bakery directly opposite, amusement mile with a Ferris wheel right at the door, shopping possibilities within walking distance, many restaurants. To rent a beach chair, just go over the promenade. Simply everything is perfect. We have booked again for 2023.
