In the landlord's responses, there was no reference to any of these comments or any promise of change in any single case. One then wonders what the reviews are actually for, and therefore I refrain from making suggestions.

For a week, we booked the Linden-Palais Apartment 39 for a round birthday where we were not disappointed. It is a very beautiful modern apartment with everything one needs for a vacation. Modern furniture, clean rooms, a very nice large balcony with good furniture for relaxing. View into the greenery with evening sounds of the nightingale. Short paths to the beach in very nice weather. An elevator is also available.

Those looking for a beautiful vacation in a well-maintained facility with great amenities and a cozy apartment with everything included are exactly right here. A great starting point for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn, Rostock, or Warnemünde. The beach right at the door, the car safely in the underground garage. We were completely satisfied and would definitely book the accommodation again.

Very nice apartment (No. 39) with many extras (roller shutters, fully automatic Velux windows in the bathroom, etc.). Small kitchenette equipped with all appliances. The highlight of the shared apartment for us was the rooftop terrace, which we could use daily. WE WILL COME BACK!!!

The mattress in the bed was unfortunately very hard and far from the box spring bed at home (however, this was the only point of criticism in the apartment). The fact that we could only book the time slot was very annoying, the deadlines were not really understandable for us. However, the service for the later arrival was optimal. What could be improved? The welcome box in the apartment is a great idea, but there should be differences for longer and shorter stays. That would be an even greater service. Otherwise, from our perspective, there was only one other point for improvement, and that concerns the garage entrance. The entrance regulation with key and traffic light is perfect, but in the dark, it becomes very difficult with the key; you simply can't see the lock properly.

A charming little apartment that has everything one needs for a vacation. It is sensibly furnished, and you can tell that the owners have put thought into it so that 2 people can have a wonderful holiday. In particular, the immediate proximity to the white beach and the not far distant golf course makes a beach holiday with sports activities an unforgettable experience.

The stars - see above - say the most. There's room for debate regarding the "furnishing," but especially the living space with an integrated mini-kitchen (everything is available, but it's very small, especially for self-catering) has potential for improvement in this regard (seating area, couch). The location is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, and the lovely large south-facing balcony with a view of greenery (at least in summer) compensates for the lack of a direct sea view. The bedroom is spacious and bright, the beds (mattresses) take some getting used to as they are quite hard, but the wardrobes provide pleasantly ample storage space.

A very nice apartment with morning sun. We were lucky that the sun shone every morning and we could have breakfast on the beautiful terrace. Unfortunately, there is only one cooking option with two hot plates available. This was also mentioned in the apartment description, which we did not read properly. So, for people who like to cook more, the apartment is only partially suitable.

We were in Linden-Palais in apartment 39 from mid-July to the end of July. We felt at home! Very cozy with a large terrace. (By the way, it's a pity that it didn't have an awning!) Right by the beach, all shops are within easy reach by car! A 5-minute walk to the Heiligendamm train station and the popular Molli train! We would be very happy to recommend the accommodation!
