ja das muss man etwas differenziert betrachten. Die Beschreibung zur Wohnung ist OK. Einen ordentlichen Sandstrand findet man erst in 800 bis 1000 Meter Fußmarsch. Familien mit 2 Kinder ist ein Bollerwagen anzuraten. Ein " Dienstfahrrad " als Beistellung wäre auch nicht schlecht da keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort vorhanden sind und man immer ins Zentrum von Boltenhagen laufen oder fahren muss. Als Mangel empfinden wir die Warmwasseraufbereitung. Es ist nur ein kleiner Durchlauferhitzer vorhanden der mit den Druckverhältnissen nicht klar kommt. Zieht man in der Küche WW so bleibt die Dusche kalt. Bei 4 Personen die das Salzwasser abspülen wollen problematisch. Man sollte sich auf einen selbstenannten "Hausmeister" einrichten der ihnen erst eimal sagt wie man sich verhalten soll. Als erwachsener Mensch brauch man das nicht. Es sind eben Privatwohnungen und Ferienwohnungen unter einem Dach. Aber trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub. Viele Grüße Jürgen

Gute und saubere Ferienwohnung. Bad etwas klein, Waschmaschine vorhanden aber schwer zugänglich (Tür lässt sich nicht vollständig öffnen weil Toilette davor), Ausstattung völlig ausreichend, leider kein WLAN. Für 1 Woche Urlaub mit 2 Kindern (5 und 10) in der Nachsaison preislich im Rahmen.

Im großen und ganzen eine schöne saubere & ordentliche Wohnung. Wir haben uns gleich Wohlgefühlt. Etwas abseits von der Promenade aber trotzdem Strandnahe was wir persönlich auch schön fanden. Uns hätte als Familie mit zwei Kindern 5 & 10 noch eventuell ein Spielplatz gefehlt in der Nähe aber ist auch nicht ausschlaggebend da wir viel unternommen haben und die Kinder trotzdem Platt waren.
