We spent a week of vacation in this house until May 10, 2026, and were very satisfied overall. The process upon arrival, the apartment and key handover were very well organized. Particularly positive was that we had no waiting time at all and everything went smoothly. The staff was very friendly. The apartment was clean and practically furnished, it was quiet.

It was nice, you could simply leave the car and explore everything on foot - beach, promenade, old town, etc. Always worth a trip (again)! My son, my dog, and I will definitely come back! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

The apartment is very nicely furnished, bright, and large. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach. Our dog also really liked it. We will definitely come back.

Care from the "Nordic" team is very good. Staff very friendly. Apartment was also very clean. However, the furniture is very worn. (Old wooden furniture, only painted white. Locks on cabinets defective. Kitchen very old. Coffee machine should be replaced.)

The furniture is outdated. Chairs are completely worn out. Only one bicycle available. No bath mat available. If you don't want to stand on wet cold tiles, bring a mat. There are really no cleaning supplies (toilet cleaner, etc.) in the apartment. Matches are also very sparse. Shopping center (Aldi, etc.) is about a 10-minute walk away. Otherwise, a cozy apartment, we felt comfortable.

PRO: Kitchen equipment good even without a microwave, we missed nothing. Defective parts were replaced immediately. TV + radio flawless. Terrace well equipped, additional beach chair available. 2 bicycles available in the basement. Facility very well maintained, beach and shopping center easily reachable on foot. In the off-season no full occupancy and therefore very quiet, especially at night. CONTRA: Bedroom very cramped next to the bed. Distance to the parking lot is very long and partially unpaved (risk of dirt in case of rain). Parking spaces are too narrow, lying barriers hidden in the grass (tire damage possible). With occupancy of the upper apartment, audible footsteps/walking noises possible. CONCLUSION: All in all, a reasonable accommodation; one can easily stay here for a few days.

4 stars; I would give 5 stars, but I noticed minor, easily fixable defects (no cleanliness issues) with the fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen, which I reported upon departure. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if it were explicitly mentioned that pets (dogs) are allowed in the apartments, as one must expect dog hair in the booked apartment and barking from neighboring apartments.

A very tastefully furnished and elegant apartment, where you can simply feel comfortable. Someone has demonstrated their skill with a great sense of spatial design here. Having breakfast on the terrace is pure vacation. We are happy to come back and are already looking forward to our next stay.

From the booking to the handover of the keys, everything was great. Fast, uncomplicated, and good. It's also great to receive timely notification when the vacation rental is ready for occupancy.

The apartment is well-equipped; I couldn't find anything that was missing. Quiet residential area, not far from the beach and just a few minutes to the center and the pier. Also ideal with a dog, the dog beach is not far away either. It won't be the last time we were here.

We had a great vacation in this apartment. Everything is there to feel comfortable. We, 2 adults and a small dog, had plenty of space in the clean apartment with a terrace and garden. Nothing was missing, and we were able to start our day well from there and explore the surroundings on foot. We can only recommend the apartment and its surroundings.

Very nice holiday apartment, we were three. Service from the office was very good, nice and friendly staff. Cleanliness of the holiday apartment upon arrival was okay, 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. 5-10 minutes walk to shopping. We will come again.

The vacation apartment is functionally furnished. In the high summer, it is definitely good that a large tree stands on the property. In the off-season, there is little sun on the terrace. Unfortunately, a Wi-Fi connection is missing. In today's time, that's a no-go. The mattresses in the bedroom are great. Short distances to the beach and the town center.

A beautiful apartment, especially the spacious bathroom and the comfortable sofa, we would like to mention. But the mattresses are also very good. On the wind-protected terrace, one could enjoy the spring sun. The location of the apartment is great; you can reach everything on foot or by bicycle. It's a pity that the apartment doesn't have Wi-Fi. It was again a very nice vacation. We always like to come back.

Distance to the parking lot is very long and partly unpaved (risk of getting dirty in rain). Parking spaces are too narrow, lying barrier hidden in the grass (possible tire damage). With occupancy of the upper apartment, audible footsteps/running noises possible. CONCLUSION: Overall, a reasonable accommodation; one can comfortably stay here for a few days.

The location of the apartment in the very well-kept and beautiful holiday village "Papillon" is great. It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach, the town, and the shopping center. Every morning, there is a baker's cart right on site. The apartment does not have Wi-Fi.
