The accommodation is quietly located and the proximity to the beach is very pleasant. A small suggestion for improvement: privacy screen to the neighboring balcony. You are sitting very close to each other, and with heavy smokers as neighbors, it's not very nice.

Very nice holiday apartment for 6 people. Sufficient space, clean, and well-equipped. The only drawback was the parking spaces, which were unfortunately much too narrow, so that not all vehicles could park in the assigned spots because then no doors could be opened. Also, providing only 1 parking space for a holiday apartment for 6 people was stressful, as the search began every evening. However, there was a large parking lot about 300 m away that cost 6.00 € per day. So for 7 days, it would be an additional 42 € on top of the already paid tourist tax. The landlords should definitely come up with a different solution here.

Good location of the apartment, ideal for 6 guests, as there are 3 bedrooms. The equipment of the apartment is very good, and we particularly liked that there is a washing machine in the basement. (Our grandson was previously at a basketball camp, and we had no opportunity to wash his laundry before our Baltic Sea vacation.) Mobile baker and Aldi in close proximity. Everything perfect.

We always love coming back to this beautiful apartment. The location is quiet, and you have a wonderful view from the upper floor. It’s not far to the beach and the wooden boardwalk - dune hiking trail. Recommendation.

We were with 2 families and a 10-month-old baby for a week in Boltenhagen. Beautiful and spacious apartment with room to retreat if needed. Our son was able to crawl around and explore wonderfully. A second bathroom upstairs would have been the icing on the cake, but it worked out fine as it was. Great and large balcony with privacy. Two nice playgrounds in the complex accessible in just a few minutes. The apartment was even ready for occupancy by 1 PM. That was a very pleasant surprise! Towels and bed linens are very expensive, so we brought our own. Therefore, one star deducted from the service.

We had wonderful days in Boltenhagen and felt very comfortable in this vacation rental. Enough space for everyone! A beautiful view from the balcony to the south. What more could you want? Oh yes - the sea is not far away.
