The bed box is higher than the mattress, not so comfortable when sitting or getting up. The table on the balcony is too low and wide, the chairs too stiff. Loungers on the balcony would be advantageous, as the south-west location invites for evening sunbathing.

The apartment is in very good condition, everything is new and clean. It is only 5 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to shopping. Still a quiet location with a view of meadows and forest.

The location of the apartment (17) is unique and quiet. We particularly liked the view of the open field. This allowed us to even observe deer and rabbits in the mornings, which ventured up to the biotope (located on the property).

The apartment is great for the purposes it was needed for! The location is also okay and not far from the beach or a grocery store EDEKA/baker! Nevertheless, I have 1-2 issues that are on my mind: 1) The settlement could be better signposted from the direction of Tranewitz/Weisse Wiek, as a vacationer can quickly drive past the settlement when coming from that direction for the first time, since the entrance is somewhat hidden and currently the visibility is impaired by the new construction on site! However, coming from the direction of Boltenhagen center, the settlement is well signposted! 2) The laminate in the living room could slowly be replaced as it has turned greenish from the sun!

The small room was somewhat sparsely furnished, a small nightstand, a picture or mirror on the wall were missing. At first, there was a biting smell throughout the apartment. The weather allowed us to keep a window open continuously, so the smell improved.

The apartment is located very quietly on the outskirts of the village with a view of a horse paddock. The Baltic Sea is about 150 m away, the town center about 500 m, and the white Wiek about 1.5 km. The apartment is practically furnished. In the kitchen, you will find plenty of dishes, cutlery, and pots. The apartment also includes a storage room for bicycles, carts, etc. Shopping options (Edeka, bakery), as well as a pharmacy and savings bank, are within walking distance. Larger centers are located at both exits of the village. You don't find a gas station so easily.

Missing blinds or window shades are particularly disadvantageous in the "small room," where I think the children usually sleep. An ideal addition would also be a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Otherwise, I have nothing to "complain" about and would rent the apartment again.

Hello, we were vacation guests in this apartment from September 13 to 28, 2015, with 2 people. The apartment is as described and as shown in the pictures. Clean, no damage. Nothing was missing. Quiet location and relatively close to the beach, with a view of a large horse paddock. Good mattresses, we slept well in them, however, the slatted frames do not have an adjustable headrest. The Nordic staff was extremely friendly. We would have liked to extend our stay, but unfortunately that was not possible. Greetings from Solingen

We have been to the Godewind complex at least 4 times, always in the off-season. It is quietly located, but everything is within walking distance, whether beach, shopping, or restaurants.

Boltenhagen in September of the super late summer of 2023 is an oasis. The region is always worth a trip and has something for every Baltic Sea vacation style. Our accommodation was somewhat dated, but the price-performance ratio was acceptable; the good location and the relaxing view of meadows and pastures, as well as a riding school, made up for it. The apartment is ideal for reaching the beach, the beach promenades, and the town center on foot or by bike. The apartment does not offer internet access.

We are regular guests in Nordic's holiday apartments in Boltenhagen at least once a year over the New Year. If it fits our schedule, we come even more often. Boltenhagen and its surroundings (Weiße Wieck, Klütz, Wismar, Lübeck,...) deliver on what is promised online, which is why we consider it recommendable. Over the years, it has developed splendidly, and we see that it continues to progress. We love both the proximity to nature and the multiple spacious promenades that run parallel to each other. The increasingly better accessibility from Central Germany, the flexible options for a relaxing vacation, and the good sports activities in any weather bring us back here time and again. We are happy to share this not only with our growing number of family members...

The spacious vacation apartment with 2 bedrooms and the friendly support from Nordic is highly recommended. For years, we have used this reliable service for our vacations in spring, autumn, and during the New Year. Boltenhagen itself, as well as the nearby and further surroundings up to Lübeck and Wismar, offer very good recreational opportunities for young and old and in any weather. The cleaning service has even improved, which is naturally reflected in increased prices.

The holiday apartment was clean and well furnished. Unfortunately, the sunshade was a bit too small. Since the insect screen in the kitchen was unfortunately not properly secured, we had quite a few insects with us. There is no internet access. Otherwise, we were satisfied and had a nice time.

We really liked the apartment because of its beach-close yet quiet location. Especially from the balcony, we had a wonderful view of the nature reserve with meadows and horse pastures. The apartment was somewhat 'spartan' in its furnishings. The large-format black-and-white photos of New York City don’t necessarily fit a summer Baltic Sea holiday, but rather seem quite dark and morbid.
